I ordered a bag to Ukraine and paid all taxes plus shipping. The bag arrived defective - the logo was sewn upside down. The employee said that the free exchange is only within the United States. Obviously, it is not profitable for me to send it back at my own expense and pay for shipping again. In response, they even stingy to offer a minimal discount on the next purchase as an apology. No customer care. It feels like they have found a way to get rid of defective goods - send them abroad, realizing that no one will return them.

The opportunity to snatch some nice pair of shoes with quite an affordable price is something that I like about this online shop. Sometimes there are even luxurious brands with tasty discounts.
But, anyway, the assortment seems to be meager, I don't know why. I don't remember what I was searching for, but I remember that it was very difficult to find my size, even despite the fact, I wear ordinary sizes.
Don't bother shopping here if you are not in the USA. I'm in Australia and I had bought from them several years ago without a problem, but this time my wife and I both had our orders rejected due to their "Fraud Checking" system which apparently marks all international cards as possible fraud.

I've made several orders from 6pm and it's great unless you need to return something. I just returned some shoes that cost $20 to ship back. You have to be pretty confident that you won't return or the discounts aren't worth it. I would reserve for known sizes and apparel that you know won't be uncomfortable (like you've tried on elsewhere). Also shipping itself was nearly $15 which is a lot when you are used to Amazon or Zappos.

The quality not even near the originals sold at a local store. These are not originals! They look fake to me, totally different than the pictures. I haven't return due to the reviews of the return policy. I wonder how are they even arriving to the country.

I used them in the past and remember I had good experience. Other reviews saying they went downhill are right! I bought sandals for $70 and I had to pay $13 to return because they didn't fit (reviews said they ran half a size big which I found to not be true). Not worth the hassle or discounts. You can find the same products at the same prices elsewhere with better customer service and better return policies. Kind of mad at myself I didn't originally buy the sandals from Amazon which was selling them for the same price. Last time I am buying anything from 6pm. Stay away!

I purchased a pair of shoes. It was on processing for 2 months. So I called customer service. They were all in Jamaica. They tried to cancel without saying sorry.
I wanted to talk to a supervisor in USA. But they said no more in America even though it is based on America.
I paid it on $92 on sale. But after waiting 2 months I should buy $195 on regular price! Bit they ignored compensation.
Supervisor is in Jamaica. So they don't try to fix problems and don't care customers' inconvenience.
Just made an irresponsible statement with excuse.

I ordered a pair of shoes on their website for about 55 bucks, when I got the shoes, they were absolutely appalling in quality; barely looked like the shoes I ordered. Cost 40$ to send them back for a net refund of 15$. Shop from literally any other site.

I had a very bad experience for the first time. I didn't receive my jacket and a bag for my Mom's birthday! I was expecting the parcel in 5 business days as the website says. So I never received it until now. Customer support confirmed that they did not deliver the package to ME and refused to return my money back. I think I would never recommend this site to anyone.
I have received my order CK flat on time however the shoes look like they have been used! It has a lot of scratches and the leather looks like its been pulled off and the bottom of the shoes are very dirty!

I bought a pair of boots for $136. They were uncomfortable and I needed to return them. I've purchased in the past from 6 pm and I remembered return shipping was deducted from my refund and it was reasonable. Anyway, I printed the return shipping label and dropped it off at the post office only to discover I had to actually pay out if pocket for the return shipping. The cheapest option was $26. I'm angry and I'll never buy from 6 pm again because I'd rather pay more and have free returns which most companies now offer anyway. Buh bye, I hope you go out of business!

It's a huge inconvenience physically and monetarily to purchase shoes for $120 and then pay more to ship them back if they don't fit right or for any other reason. I didn't read the small print. Had to return these and it cost over $17 for shipping. They have good prices on their shoes but if they don't fit, be prepared to pay a lot of money to ship them back. I'd rather shop at sites that have have free returns. 6 PM.com should offer a flat rate for shipping, say $8.95 or something like that because you know they get a big break from the shipping companies. Instead it cost a fortune to ship things back if they don't fit.

Their site could not process my $30 order
Called their support line. The over seas staff had a radio blasting in back ground. I asked her to turn it off but she ignored my request
She switched me to pay by phone that did not work as well. I have bought 150 items from AMZ this year using the same cards and address. With no issues.
I canceled the order and will never waste my time again.

Although 6pm is owned by Zappos, which has outstanding customer service and a free return policy, 6pm requires you to pay for return shipping. Essentially, I just paid $17 to try on a pair of boots. I won't be doing that again - ever. I'm sticking to Zappos from now on. :(
