I am absolutely IN LOVE with my scrubs from All Heart, It gives me great honor as a Black Woman in healthcare to be able to don scrubs made by another Black Girl and it's an added bonus that they are soooooooooo comfortable, soft and fit perfectly! I wish I could give her 10 stars... I will definitely be replacing all my scrubs with her brand

I ordered 23 lab coats for my surgical tech class. The quality was trash, the material was thin. The coats were gigantic on everybody. They were embroidered, so when I was called I was told there's absolutely nothing they could've done. That's ridiculous! Something can always be done. Now we're walking around having to buy new coats. I'll NEVER order from here again.
Uniforms run big. Very disappounted in fabric. Ordered petite and pants were WAY too long. Will never purchase from them again. Will stay with uniform Advantage.

I purchased scrubs from them and their sizes are 2-3 sizes bigger. If you normally order a large, you will probably be a small in mens. When dealing with their customer service team, they are based in india and are not helpful. For a return expect to be charged $9. It is honestly one of the worst companies to work with.

I placed orders on several occasions. AllHeart emailed me thanking me for my purchase. I waited for my orders, each time they said they'll deliver it on a certain date, they cancelled my orders. I contacted and they said they'll resolved the problem but instructed me to contact a number in which you can't talk to anyone nor leave a message. Beware, I don't think this is a legitimate company. They tried to attract you with their low price but CANNOT deliver. I will give them a zero if I can.

Carefully checked size charts and ordered 4 shirts. Based on White Cross chart, I'd be xsmall, but don't mind a bit loose; note of "relaxed fit" on item sounded fine. The 2 shirts of this brand are so tight; one doesn't pull over my body at all. ( I'm 5, 2, 110, 33 chest). I've given feedback to the company, but by email and phone heard more about the return policy than how they will fix this issue. Nothing I could have done different. Site should indicate runs small or change the size chart. Likely this is why they were on clearance.
DO yourself a huge favor and do not order anything from this company. They are slow, never respond or update their emails. Their merchandise takes a really long time and in my case I never received anything, I called 4 times, only to be told their email was not working. When I asked for a refund they told me to wait until the merchandise I never received would reach their ware house. DO yourself a favor and don't even order, just go to another website with better reviews.

They will not own up to a mistake made in embroidery and will not accept my return or give any credit or discount for future order needed to replace labcoats with error. Customer service is a joke. Will never order from this company again. I ordered from another company soon afterwards. They make sure there is no error as the receipt that they email you even has the embroidery selection on it for your review. All Heart's receipt does not show the embroidery and there's no opportunity to review it just in case of errors. You pretty much are at their mercy that they will get it correct. Nothing is given in writing. Again, poor customer service.
I ordered on All Heart for the first time because they had the brand of pants I wanted for a great price. My order arrived in a timely manner and I received what I paid for. I will probably order from this site again, soon.

I needed to exchange an item. Unfortunately, this is not an option. I must return the item with a fee of 8.98, and then reorder so they can charge another fee. My order is full of cheap materials and the sizing is off. I would not recommend spending your own money here, this is unfortunately where my company gave us our scrub vouchers to.

This is my second order with them. I was promised a shipping date on my first order within a week. I paid extra for it and did not receive it for over 2 weeks. My second order I ordered on 8/4 and was told I would receive by 8/12. I called and am now told I will receive by 8/21. No email to explain. Customer service was rude. This will be my last order here. Buyer be ware with this company
The lab coat sent to me was not the same one as advertised in the picture on their site. When asked to send photos to confirm, they tell me that because the jackets were embroidered, they can't be returned. THEY SENT ME A DIFFERENT JACKET THAN THE ONE THAT WAS ADVERTISED! The buttons on the photo were 4-hole flat. The buttons on the jacket sent to me were half shank fabric. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I would never recommend this company. I would go with to Medelita, Figs or Uniform Advantage.

If I could do -5 stars I would I am very dissatisfied with the service. I ordered two scrub sets and had financial aid from school and only the tops of the scrubs came and that was three weeks later I tried to get the order corrected and this is a month and a half later and the manager is still making pay for it even tho I'm supposed to have financial aid. I still have not received it. It has been horrible service would not recommend buying anything from the allheart company. I don't believe they are very honest in their professional doings. Never buying from them again.

I ordered a set of scrubs with my name on the top. Product came but way bigger than my standard size. I know I can't return my top because of my name, but wanted to exchange my pants to a smaller size, but they refused it; their reason being it is a set of personalized item. What's the big deal just to exchange a pair of pants!? Now I will need to throw away my new pants. They GRATEFULLY offered me a 5% coupon since I am a VALUED customer. I warn you all. They have a different size and ridiculous exchange policy.
I ordered 2 white jackets and had my name embroidered. I have ordered the exact same jackets and they were white. I again ordered the white option. I was sent 2 creamy/off white jackets. I sent them pics. They keep lying saying that the jackets have always been this color. I sent pics of the exact same jacket the I ordered from them previously next to the new jackets and they still stand by their claim…. Even though the option to select is listed as "white". They first offered a 50% discount and then said no discount because I left a bad review

I ordered 2 scrub tops on 9/16. They both arrived today 9/23. I ordered a Stitch M scrub top and a Marvel M Scrub top. I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing. I read them after and did a lot of research. The reviews had me worried I was scammed. I tried to check my order status and it would say my order didn't exist which concerned me even more. I called the customer service number and got an immediate answer. The representative was so kind. They explained their website was being updated. The told me my items were shipped 9/19 and would arrive today. They did arrive today. It was exactly what I ordered. I'm 155lb and both M tops fit perfectly. All these bad reviews had me worried for nothing. This company is not a scam. They have wonderful customer service. They are based in California. I received my items sooner than I expected. I will order again and I'm pleased with my purchase.

I ordered expedited shipping for scrubs I needed for clinicals in 2 weeks time. 4 days before I needed I asked to verify that they were still coming; they could not verify just said "our warehouse is having bad weather and they will be delayed" I looked up their warehouse and there was no weather to speak of, I asked them what city and weather to verify. Meanwhile they Ignored me. Then called me 2 days later and said the items I ordered are on bank order. (12 days after placing order) The website continued to say my items were in stock. Told them that's deceitful to those needing items by a certain time.
They said I could cancel, so I did. ONE month later I receive the items in the mail and they charge my account. I emailed customer service saying you verified my order was canceled why did you send me these items I don't want or need at this point. They said sorry and to get a refund I would need to send them back.
I let them know if they didn't refund my money I would be disputing charges with my bank and reporting to BBB. Worthless company.
I spent hours looking for just the right scrubs, adding to my cart, paying for the scrubs & anticipating my package delivery, right? Then a week later, check the status of my order to find IT'S BEEN CANCELLED! No email notification or any other communication from AllHeart, just cancelled. And when I called to find out why they tell me it's because my shipping address and mailing address don't match. No they don't, I set it up ship to my office... and if it mattered, why offer to bill and ship separately?! Then I call customer service located in The Middle East because, they outsource our jobs to them & couldn't get an honest reliable answer to save my life. I will never order from them again.
If using a coupon code you will be ripped off. I entered coupon code and it showed the reduction on the total. Happy with that I hit the button to complete the order. The finalized receipt did not show the reduction from the coupon code. I called customer support. The only thing they would offer if a $20 certificate to use on my next order. Not ordering from them again so that would be useless. I asked to cancel the order (this is right after ordering it) and they said the order is already processed so I can't cancel. What a scam!

I should have trusted the bad reviews… I ordered 2 scrub jackets and have had nothing but problems. Shortly after ordering I received an email wanting to confirm my address (but the jackets should have been shipped by then so I was concerned and I had given my address so was also confused) I gave my address again but contacted them as well. If I would not have contacted them I don't know if or when I ever would have found out that one jacket was on back order and no eta in sight. Let me also state that this jacket was a holiday jacket so if I waited, I'd likely receive it after the holidays so it would have been important to let me know this so I could cancel it and maybe get it elsewhere (which btw I did days later). They send me the second jacket which turns out to not be a jacket but an over the head scrub top, same print but not a jacket. I have had to email and call numerous times only to be told I got what I ordered however I will post the picture of what I ordered and it is clear the picture is of a jacket not a top. After looking at everything I believe they may have placed the picture with an incorrect description however that is not my problem. I don't know what each item is going to be called. I will be going off what I see. So now after fighting some more they will finally refund me but I have to return their error (fine) however they automatically emailed a label. I have no printer. They will NOT mail a label. Then I was informed I could use a QR code however that was after 10 minutes of arguing that this should not be on me to resolve or have to go find a printer and pay to print. Then I was informed that since they chose to email a label they can no longer send me the QR code. Wth? Now I am being told if I head to ups with the label to be printed they will print it. I do not believe they will do I will probably be wasting my time.
Also the top I received was extremely thin. So keep all of this in mind and beware if you order from here. (I've added the picture of the "top" that was shown - this is what I believed I was ordering- I will also add what I received)
Horrible service I have 6 pending charges in my bank account for the second part of my order. I ordered 12 items on February 24th, 4 items which I received in a timely manner seeing that I paid extra to have my items by March 8th and here it is March 10th and I have not received the rest of my order. Everyone that I have spoken with was no help and they keep saying that my order is being shipped. I will not be using this company ever again.
