I've been wanting Alo Yoga products for a while now and saw that there was a promo so I decided to purchase one item! Really love the piece and I think the material is great. Ordered on a saturday and got it on a wednesday so I'd say that's pretty fast (considering I bought it on the weekend). Oh also no shipping fee! The order also came with a 30-day free trial of their alo yoga service which you an access through their alo moves app. There's actually a lot of cool classes and series I'd definitely try/checking it out!
I bought my usual size during one of Alo's sale events. Out of the 4 items I purchases, only 1 fit. Stick with lululemon. Alo Yoga is terrible quality. I ordered some cashmere joggers and the threading became loose and a hole formed after 3 light wears. I even dry cleaned it and they wouldn't replace it or refund me. Very disappointed and I won't shop there again.
After my experience I saw they have a 1.7 rating out of 5 on Trust Pilot - 267 reviews!

Their only purpose seems to be to take your money immediately, not ship the order, and then do everything possible to avoid taking any responsibility for sorting it out.
Customer service is non existent. They know the parcel is lost, yet they refuse to send a replacement or allow you to cancel until they have completed their investigation.
Looking at other review platforms this is a regular occurrance.
Don't fall for their hype. Their only purpose is to take your money!

Bought two dresses from this company and when they arrived they were a cheap, rough material. Definitely not worth the price. Then found out it would cost me to return them internationally as they didn't supply a return label. An expensive mistake I will not make again

I recently purchased a top from Alo Yoga, and I am utterly disappointed with the quality and the brand's inability to address a simple issue. Despite following the care instructions diligently, the sweat stains under the arms refuse to budge, leaving me embarrassed and frustrated.
First and foremost, the fact that a supposedly high-end brand like Alo Yoga produces clothing that cannot withstand basic wear and tear is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect the products I purchase to be of superior quality, especially when paying a premium price. However, this top has proven to be nothing more than a disappointment.
It is disheartening to see a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction fail to address a legitimate concern. The lack of response only adds insult to injury and shows a complete disregard for their customers' experiences.
I find it incredibly frustrating that Alo Yoga seems to be more focused on marketing and promoting their products rather than ensuring their customers' satisfaction. It is evident that they prioritize profit over quality and customer care.
In conclusion, my experience with Alo Yoga has been nothing short of a disappointment. I finally bit the bullet and got their famous and expensive motto leggings. They are quite disappointing, very thick fabric and odd fitting on my body. Since I don't live in the U.S. I have to arrange for my own shipping back to them and it was such as hassle.
Alo makes the worst leggings ever. I always wonder how companies like this survive. I guess it's because they're new and everyone likes "new". However, I am a legging connoisseur, the best leggings in the world or by far Spanx hands-down. I would much rather spend $100 on a pair of leggings that will last me a year plus and still hold up and make your shape look good then $150 on a pair of leggings that insinuate every non-flattering curve. 😎
For the record, I'm in great shape, but these leggings make me look like I have much improvement needing to be made. I wish my boyfriend would lose this site. 😂

Nice colors & designs but after a few washes looks like crap, gets stretched out too. Hate Alo yoga apparel! Also as you wear it, it gets bigger from the heat of your body or something and supports less and less througout the day(s).
Whereas lululemon for example which is the same price looks like new for years after even ******* washes. Will never buy alo yoga ever again no matter how beautiful it's made to look in the promotional photo. They also spam you the minute you walk into a store or pass their store by, i had to unsubscribe repeatedly. Wear that crap yourselves. I'm not paying premium price to wear chinesium leggings for only 2-3 months and then toss it.
I don't know where to begin with Alo's customer service. This is the service you'd expect from Shein - and not a company whose products are rarely less than $100. I actually think I've received better customer service from shein than alo, come to think of it.
Alo seems to intentionally wait to ship out items that you purchased on sale until one of the items is out of stock. I know this because I ordered a sale order several days ago, and it took 4-5 days to ship out, but the non-sale order I placed once a bra I had been waiting for was restocked was sent out the next day.
If they wait until an item is out of stock for your sale order, they only give you the option to purchase it at full price. This is a great business model for scammers-
Advertise limited sales, and then fail to fulfill the central item in the order, making the other items purchased useless. I say that alo is intentional in this because they WILL NOT HONOR the price at which you purchased it on sale once it restocks, or if you want it in another size/color. I'm not asking for a sale price to be honored weeks or anything post-sale, but immediately after, once they failed to update their website stock appropriately. I have never, ever had this experience purchasing items on sale from a company before. In these situations, I have ALWAYS been honored with the sale price from the company when the problem was on their end. This is an absolutely insane way to treat customers when your products are this expensive. I thought alo was pretty legit - but these reviews tell a different story.
Just a heads up- while many of the items are super cute and worth every cent, I did place a very large order, one item I ordered two of to be sure I was happy with the size. I've now had to send 6 emails with ridiculous back-and-forth bantering to attempt to get a return label printed. The instructions for returns are like any other online sales-you click the buttons and upon acceptance and submission the label gets sent to your email. Which is exactly what the website says, the label never does get sent. You MUST email them, and answer the same questions queried during the online return process and it's definitely not automated, these are humans. 6th email from them ask if I'd like an in-store credit or a return…. If you order, be ready for some lengthy back and forth exchanges.
