Frontier is starting to look like Spirit where they start out pricing the ticket at a low price and then charge for everything under the sun. Then you end up paying the same average amount as the other listed ticket prices. It is a dubious plot to obtain a passenger's capital, so I will observe their services and see if it measures up to the other airlines that charge the same amount out right. If not, I will give a just review and expose it all on my social media platforms. Thank you,
The reservationist was awful and I ended up very unhappy. First being handicapped I told her I needed an aisle seat towards the front. Then I found out she gave me a seat totally in the back of the plane. I cannot walk that far and I paid extra for the seat, insurance and changing fees. I also requested a wheelchair when I arrive 3 times and didn't see it added to the itinerary. She was not easy to speak with. My trip is starting off on a bad foot.
I'm 70 yrs old and whoever created this software had the older generation in mind and I thank you! My age group gets left out of many thing It's definitely a younger person's world. I'm a veteran from the Vietcom Era so I completely understand respect, accountability and acknowledgment!
Young ones today have not been taught those very important values.

Quick, user friendly. I loved the option at the end to be able to rent a car. We were not going to rent when I started the booking process, but due to discussion through the procurement of the airline tickets, we decided to rent a car and I was relieved I didn't have to go back in and start the process over for the car rental after buying the plane tickets, because the option to add to my order was there. I thought that was Excellent!

It was great however you need a system in place to notify the purchaser if the flight is still available for purchase in real time. I've experienced attempting to purchase a ticket while setting up the card details a didn't understand what might've happened. Did that mean I had to back out of the page to receive the update? Very frustrating. An also giving the customer exactly what they request in the filter. A not surrounding airport unless requested. Also, times of the day "morning,afternoon an evening" like your competitors.
Smooth flight early arrival,great customer service plus the pilot had a great sense of humor and was even joking w the Passengers. Very friendly felt at ease throughout the flight. Definitely would recommend and travel myself to Frontier CheapOair. Thank you..

It was one of the sites recommended by Affirm and I have used it before to book flights.
Just had a very bad experience with getting a confirmation on a purchase. I was told my purchase was declined. CC Comp said it was not declined. Wanted to charge me more than a $100 to rebook what I was actually approved for. Had a name and numb for Bank rep that no one wanted to speak to. Tried to bait me in with 1 price. Strong arm me into paying a higher rate to rebook same accommodations. Let the public be aware.
I chose because they were offering price and flying times that were more amenable to my needs.
Honestly, I like CheapOair.com much better than any of the other competitors. For some reason, prices seem to be cheaper and it's easier to navigate.
