Awesome employees at CVS in Smithfield NC. I thought I had left my photos there and they were willing to reprint them. Come to find out they fell out of the bag in my car. I would recommend printing your photos there
Corporate CVS It's obvious that you dont value your customers at the pharmacy. I've transferred my prescription three times now, and at each location, I have to wait upwards of thirty minutes in the store or drive through. Its not a peak time issue as I have tried on several ocassions different times. Your employees are consistently courteous and diligent in their efforts to assist the customer. It's also clear that you don't value your staff because nobody should work nonstop at their job dealing with irate clients. You run a multimillion dollar corporation, so stop being so avaricious and straighten things out.

The pharmacists need to get their $#*! together! One month an rx goes through ins. No issues and then the very next month they state ins. Wont cover the rx! Never answer the phone! I stayed on hold for an hour! And not just once! They are awful go elsewhere! Had to call Insurance company myself to correct the CVS

The various CVS pharmacies I've been to always seem understaffed. It is difficult to get good care because of understaffing. I've heard I will no longer be able to phone CVS and reach a human. When my doctor renews my prescriptions, I'm having them sent elsewhere.
This programs gives you "extra bucks" reward money. You use it just like currency. You also get exclusive coupons as a member. If you combine the too you can easily get a product(s) for free or almost free. I give 4 stars due to the fact the coupons are always a hassel to go through without the cashier trying multiple, multiple times. FIVE minutes at the register for 1 bottle of nail polish. But, just be patient and you'll get your reward!
This place has gone downhill over the last year. The worst customer care of any business I've ever seen. Pharmacy staff are rude, and act as if they have better things to do than to help the customers. They should just close the drive thru because they are rarely there to help customers, and if they are there, they will make you wait hoping you will just leave. How does this place stay in business? We will be transferring our prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street.

Last week I waited five days for a refill of Atorvastatin, a very common station. When I went to the pharmacy to pick it up, they declared the medicine was lost.I was instructed to go sit down in the clinic seats while three people in the pharmacy began a mad scramble for my meds. After about 20 minutes they found them.
Today I am waiting for an Rx of Paxlovid, a drug which must be started within five days of texting positive for Covid. I have been waiting two days and trying to communicate with CVS. Time sensitive prescriptions should be a top priority. A very disappointing performance by CVS.
Tip for consumers:
My next step is to read reviews of pharmacies in my area and pick a new one.

I purchased an Amazon gift card from my local CVS in Nesconset, NY. Upon trying to redeem the gift card, we discovered it was fraudulent and the claim code was removed so I could not redeem it for its $50 value. I returned to the store but they said that they could not help me and I would need to contact CVS's Customer Service group. I opened an investigation and after ~3 weeks, they responded to me taking no responsibility even though the gift card was purchased in their store. They basically told me it was my problem and that I should try contacting Amazon to see if they will credit it me. The Custome Service representative was smug and totally not helpful. I strongly recommend NOT shopping at CVS because they do not stand by their sales.

Horrible Customer Service!
Just out of the hospital where my cardiologist changed my prescription for a medication that, ironically had been delivered during my hospital stay. Operator was willing to send a return label but her supervisor denied it because "it had been renewed via the internet". What a lame and uncaring response especially since CVS got the prescription for the replacement medication. Advice: stay away from CVS. They don't care about you.

My wife is a advanced lupus patient and she suffers a lot of join pain and muscle pain, The pharmacist refused to fill a lupus patient pain medication, she gave us 3 excuses, the first one was she needed to transfer my wife profile from the previous pharmacy, the second excuse was she needed to talk to her Dr and after the Dr confirmed that everything was legit, that it was OK to fill it, the pharmacist decide she didn't feel comfortable and refused to fill it.
I called cvs corporate office and they didn't care about the patient, they told me that their pharmacist can refused anyone at will, that if she didn't feel like filing it she could refused and there's nothing anyone can do.
I will never use this place again and In My Opinion if you want a reliable don't pharmacy don't use CVS they don't care about the truth, if the CVS pharmacist can have the power to choose to let the customers suffer they shouldn't have any customers to torture.
There should be a valid reason to refuse to fill a patients medication and cvs is allowing their pharmacist to discriminate and use personal reasons not to fill, when I spoke the corporate they said that if she doesn't feel comfortable she has the right to refuse and I asked why she didn't tell us that she didn't feel comfortable at first and instead she said she needed to transfer her profile from the previous pharmacy, when publix transferred the profile, she got another excuse, she said she needed to talk to the Dr, after the Dr confirmed that it was fine to fill it then she said she wouldn't fill it because she didn't feel comfortable, the truth is she didn't want to because when I told her that I get prescribed the same medicine and I fill it in that pharmacy she looked at me like is my choice not yours.
The point is that cvs corporate office is not supporting their customers, they completely disregarded me, they don't care about your suffering.
Cvs is bad business for patients period.

CVS Marconi could not get assistance with the photo machine, drove to the CVS on Dewey. No place to sit at the photo machine chair broken who in the hell is the manager of these places I need to be fired.
I went to CVS today, the one on ******* Seco Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita. Employee name Kaylane provided terrible costumer service. She was not interactive, not helpful at all, not interactive, no eye contact, she looked like she had not had a shower for a week. She was unwilling to help out or answer questions when we asked her about rewards. She was in a bad mood. We go there often and this is the second time we receive terrible costumer service. This particular store might need a serious costumer service review. I would suggest giving some of these young employees costumer service training. Remind them body language and appearance is important. There is a lot of CVS store around SCV, I would rather go to a different one from now on.
On February 17,2024, I went to the minute clinic located on 799 Rockville pike in Rockville md, because I was in serious pain, my right ear was hurting me, at the point from 0 to 10, I was 7 or 8, I went there because I had some other medication that I had to pick up, the pain was so terrible that I decided to schedule an appointment at the minute clinic, they have a computer outside so you can schedule an appointment, I was in the process of doing that, but because the appointment was at 2:30 pm I decided to ask the nurse if they could see me before than, because I just couldn't stand the pain, the nurse politely said I see what I can do for you, after 2 hours of waiting I went to ask the nurse, she said you are going to have to come back because your appointment is at 2:30 and nurse Embele won't see you until than, came back at 2:20 pm hoping that she was going to see me than, Mann! 2:40 and nothing happen, I went to ask her about what's going on, she replied that I had to wait because she was cleaning the office, I'm sure Mss. Justine Embele doesn't have any idea, about what being in pain is al about, after 2 hours of cleaning, she trew my wife and I a face mask, and told me that from now on I had to wear a ask if I wanted to talk to her, that was for my wife as well, not a problem for me, but what I didn't like is that the rest of the people walking in and out of the office, were not wearing a mask. That really make me feel bad, plus the pain that I had to deal with, I was going creasy, is evident that this king of nurses need more training, the firt one was nice and polite, but the other one didn't care about me sufferings from pain, the medication that she prescribe me didn't work at all, that nigh I had to go to the hospital, because I couldn't stand the pain, over there they prescribe me pain killers an something to stop the infection. Now after a follow up with my doctor I still have to go see an specialist, the pain is not like before, but is still there, the pain killers prescribe to me by the hospital doctor really work!
I will never go back to the CVS minute clinic, because the experience that I had there that day, was really painful!
I really want to thank the first nurse for being so kind and helpful, and to the other nurse she needs to learn what empathy is al about, and to have mercy on somebody especially when they are in pain
Last night my husband went to CVS in Edgewater, FL. Our dog was seriously ill and we just needed one of the liquid medication syringes they give for free to get some water in to him. Because he was not getting a prescription they refused to give him one, he asked if they had them in the store to purchase or if he could just purchase the ones they give away but they refused. So he drove down the street to Walgreens in Edgewater, FL and they were not only happy to help, they gave him 3 different ones to try. I will be cancelling my Extra Care subscription with CVS and will only go to Walgreens now. Very disappointed in their lack of empathy and willingness to help their valued customers.
Kudo's Walgreens, you just gained a new faithful customer!
It's a pain every single time trying to pick up a prescription. If I call on the phone to check the prescription status it's almost never accurate. It will say the pharmacy hasn't received a prescription or it's just not ready. I call the drs office every single time and every single it has indeed been sent in. Half the time I'll make the drive over to check on it only to find it was ready all along OR it hasn't even been started and it'll be another hour or two. It's never consistent and it's also impossible to get through to someone who actually works at the local pharmacy. The automated system will just give me the run around forcing me to have to load sick kids into the car and see what's going on in person. Once I had to keep calling the cashier that worked up front and have her transfer me over bc my kids were too sick to load up in the car which led to her getting irritated with me. It's always such a mess!
This place has been price gouging people now and it's causing people to be sick and die! I will be reporting them to the attorney General.
I would not recommend CVS to anyone I know. This pharmacy has been highly unprofessional and has failed to take responsibility for their mistakes. I've encountered numerous issues with this location, including a situation where they caused problems with my insurance, effectively locking me into using their services. When I expressed my dissatisfaction in a review, the pharmacist quickly called me at home to address it. Today, they made yet another mistake, and once again failed to take responsibility. The pharmacist, Alonso, was unable to resolve the error and instead argued with me, even suggesting that I might run short on my medication. He then passed the phone to the pharmacy manager, who couldn't make sense of the situation and attempted to blame me, falsely accusing me of picking up my medications at another location, which was impossible due to the situation they had created. I overheard conflicting stories from the entire staff, only to have the blame unfairly placed on me. The pharmacy manager instructed me to contact my insurance to inquire about the last filled prescription, something that should have been handled by them since they caused the mess in the first place. It's quite audacious for them to call me back about my experience. They need to address their issues and provide better training for their staff. I wouldn't visit this location even if my life depended on it, as the incompetence and lack of accountability here could potentially have serious consequences.
CVS will never have all of your prescriptions at the same time. They will either tell you their machine is down or I have all but or our shipment didn't even come today Etc lies! I am now again without a prescription I must take every day. CVS does not care instead of just telling you you need to go to another location or another Drug Company all together they just let you suffer they we'll just get your money from the next person. So go ahead and die they don't care!
Trying to get my diabetic meds has never been harder. You are not the priority. I've never been on hold with the pharmacy for less than 30 fricking minutes. God forbid people need urgent medications. Fill time is always at least 45 min. Rude and disrespectful when I tell them what I need. In a rush to get u off the phone when you have already been on hold for 30-45 minutes. Unbelievable
I used to go to cvs in Howell off of Golf Club and Grand River Ave. They are all terrible employees. Never nice! They all act like you are bothering them! My scripts were NEVER done on time. The last time I went in there I had had enough! I wasn't able to fill my script because of a mistake the pharmacy made. They just thought they would blame me instead of taking care of it! I was getting my antidepressants so it's not like I ever took extra! They told me to pay $200 out of pocket! I will NEVER step foot into another CVS! They are the absolute worst there!
CVS is becoming more of a hinderance to my health than any good. I cannot take my medication consistency on a month basis because of their lack of….so much. They should not be in business. They fill and make decisions based on their own judgements. I constantly have to go without meds that most pharmacist and all doctors advise you to never stop abruptly….it's ethically and morally disrupt. They withhold medication that is detrimental to go without.
The price of OTC medications and General Merchandise at CVS is more expensive then it should be. This is a large chain and as such buys in bulk and gets preferential pricing which it does not pass to customers. Every product such as aspirin, Tylenol etc was cheaper to begin with in Harmons. This is a grossly overpriced store. They have even been sued in several states for overpricing prescription drugs. It's ridiculous. The V in cvs stands for value something you really don't get at this store!
My doctor send in a script for 2.5 mg tablets of prednisone. They gave me 5mg instead. Im glad I pat attention or this could have turned out badly. Thats a 2.5 and a 5 mg side by side
When will senior management deal with the bad morale and stressed out staff. Not to mention those excessively long register receipts that have coupons that expire before you can get back to use them. My sense is Senior Management is too greedy to care. After all it cost a lot to maintain 4 private jets.

Can never get a prescription filled without some problems. They refill orders that are not auto refill. Say they don't have prescription refill orders when they do, just not looking, since doctor writes out a prescription for 1 month (dates them for each month until next recheck need for the medicine in 3 months) and sends to the pharmacy. Medication is one that shouldn't be stopped all at once.
They only 1 time admitted to this mistake.
Get so pissed off at them I could scream.
