Representative in Albany Cycle Gear (Babe) was exceptionally professional in every way. Helped me select a helmet based on my needs. Tried on a number of helmets to get the right fit and helmet that worked for my type of riding. Unfortunately they did not have a size large in stock for the Arai Corsair-X in Black Frost, so he placed an order online and ensured delivery to my home address. Arrived in 2 weeks or less. Well packaged. Double boxed. Helmet fits perfect.

Took time to find out what I was looking for, gave me several different options. Let me try on multiple helmets to see which brand, model, and size best met my needs. Showed me accessories like tinted visors, bluetooth speakers, etc. that were available for the helmet I purchased. Was not pressured to buy what was in stock but was able to order exactly what I wanted and have it shipped to my home address (at no extra cost).

The number one reason I shop at Cycle Gear is they will order inventory that they don't carry in stock, let me try it on in the store or at home and then I can return the item, in like new condition, in 90 days for a full refund. I have purchased multiple items this way and that always allows me to feel comfortable that I am buying something that is exactly right for me with no risk of a poor fit that I then end up never wearing.

I used mainly Cycle Gear for all of my bike shopping! Had to return some boots a bit ago and they were extremely helpful with every step! Love that you gain points by the purchases you make and can redeem them when you're ready! So far, I haven't been disappointed yet. They usually always have some kind of deal/discount on items.

Im a new biker. I went to cycle gear to get all of my gear. The employees were very helpful in guiding me in what to get and different options to fit my needs. I ended up wanting a white helmet and they didnt have the specific style I wanted in stock so I ordered it online. I accidentally sent it to the wrong store though but everyone was so willing to work with me and get it figured out! I love my gear- stylish, safe, and excellent quality.

All the members at greensboro store were extremely helpful and patient with me. Helped me figure out what gear would be best vs budget to help me make an informed decision on my needs. All products purchased so far have been perfect. Wish store was bigger with more product to be able to try on, but that's not on cycle gear. Will continue to keep shopping for most my gear here as the rpm membership has already paid for itself, and cover several good brands, even their in house which is budget friendly and of good quality.

Definitely one of my best purchases. My helmet arrived within 2 days and I used free shipping. Ride noise is very quiet and the helmet itself is so light that it almost feels as if you aren't wearing a helmet at all. The field of view is also great. You can see a lot more out of the visor than most helmets. I initially owned the icon air flite and this is a night and day upgrade for sure.

Needed saddle bags, They didn't have in stock so the sales person ordered them for me. I did not want the fake leather. I wanted real leather. What I got was cardboard covered with a thin layer of leather, Worst saddle bags I have ever owned and some of the more expensive ones. Sad to say they were made in the USA. Such poor quality. Easy to see why eveything is made in china. My previous bags although fake leather were much nicer and half the price of course they were Chinese made. I've had to go home

I ordered two helmets, a pair of gloves, one sissy bar, a battery tender and an aftermarket part for my Rebel 1100. The products are authentic and nice. Installed everything in 20 min. The service from Cycle Gear was great and I had a good time. The two helmets I got in store with an online order, and the others I ordered directly online. No issues with price matching which is awesome! I wish that the delivery was a bit faster, but heck it was Easter, so I'm good.

First time visiting Cycle Gear in KOP and I had ordered a pair of Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires which were shipped to store within 3 days. After receiving notification that my tires arrived, I brought my wheels in which was on the nicest day we've had thus far. Knowing I wanted to ride that day, they installed my new tires while I waited in approx 20 minutes which was phenomenal! I definitely will be purchasing all of my tires at Cycle Gear from here on out!

I wanted to make sure the items I was looking for were not in store, the sales help in store helped guide me to choose the perfect warming items for riding on chilly days. I was then lucky enough to find great items for me on sale. After reassurance that if the items did not suit I could return them to the store I ordered online. Everything works as I expected, and does the job intended. I can ride in 40 degree weather without freezing. Thanks CycleGear.

I was looking for a specific helmet from a certain brand in a specific size and the local Cycle Gear did not have it in stock. However, the kind employee let me know that I could order it online and have it shipped to my home or the store. So I got it shipped to store and it only took about 2 days. The same employee was there to give it to me and she was still very nice. I appreciate the great customer service.

I had an excellent experience with my purchase from Cycle Gear! I'm not a huge fan of online shopping when it comes to motorcycle gear, but I decided to give it a try since I live quite a distance from the nearest Cycle Gear store. Product descriptions were accurate, sizing was on point, and the shipping was faster than expected! I am very satisfied with my purchases!

I like the layout out of their website, it's clear and easy to navigate. They have a wide variety of products and their availability is far better than most. I got my helmet on time, and it was packaged very well so that it couldn't get damaged during shipment. All in all, a stress free and very satisfying customer service experience.

I purchased a large pair of gloves in store. As I tried both gloves out for the first ride. One glove was large and the other was a medium (both gloves showed a large on the label) there was no problem with returning the gloves. There were no others in the large size so they ordered the correct size for me and I was called in two days when they arrived. This was opportunity to truly experience a company and, I feel that I did. I was impressed.

I personally work at the Jacksonville location, but before I was just a customer. There have been a lot of changes and a huge change in staffing. Everyone there knows a lot about motorcycles and we always like to help those in need. We always encourage customers beginner or pro to ask any questions they have. Overall just a great place to be at to talk motorcycles and shop for gear and parts.

Ordered some MX boots through the local Cycle Gear store rather than on my own from home because I wanted to give them credit for their assistance. I feel that the process for ordering in the store could be improved. It took longer that it should and seemed like the sales associate had to jump through some hoops to make it happen. Otherwise, the items were delivered on time and as described.

The Yuasa AGM battery that I ordered for my Suzuki Vstrom online came very quickly (less than 48 hours). I had some questions about adding the electrolyte and charging it, so I called my local store in Rancho Cordova, CA. They said just bring it by and we'll set it up for you (which they did) and they gave me proper charging instructions. Excellent customer service.

Bought a Schuberth helmet. Purchase said it would take 5 to 7 days to ship. Didn't realize they meant business days! These days that's an unreasonable amount of time to have to wait. Shipped on the 7th day, delivery was delayed 2x, finally got the helmet 2+ weeks after I ordered it. Never going to use Cycle Gear online again.
