They said they'd give me a $3.00 credit on future orders. SERIOUSLY? That won't even cover the TAX that I paid on the missing items, let alone the items themselves. Received too many missing items and really horrible Long John Silver food. I knew better than to order in the evening. Ordered two platters, side of hush puppies. Didn't receive any seafood or the chicken. Hush puppies were extremely hard. Everything was very greasy. Complained to door dash customer service. They were unsympathetic. Refunded 3.00 on 40.00 + meals. They kept changing the delivery time. I told them, I absolutely would never use their service again. I never have since. Would never recommend this company.
Over the course of a yr several times different door dashers have left my food at the wrong place after taking pics of the wrong house they delivered to. Called c.s. Who English is not their first language and I told them I have proof I didn't receive it. No refund. An attorney needs to do a class action lawsuit bc how can you charge for a service and you don't provide that service. Called Stealing

Called 1800 number and they said they will look into giving me a refund but will take 2 to 3 hours. I asked what about my food and re ordering. She said no I can't so that. I asked for a mgr and she said no one is available
I have used doordash for years. This time, an order from The Mug in Irvine was not delivered by Toni. Doordash customer service declined my refund request so I'm out $42 and no food. If I could leave a negative star, I would. Canceled my membership.

Wish I read the reviews before ever using Doordash. As someone that uses delivery services often, Doordash is the worst. Do yourself a favor and don't bother! The Doordash delivery drivers are awesome and very kind, customer service and all other aspects are really unprofessional they truly don't give a damn about their customers. A one star rating almost across the board? Sheesh, goes to show I'm not the only one left extremely disappointed and frustrated.
Deleted app. Look at all these reviews. They ripped me off for 100. Talked to 3 different people. They never refunded or called me back. What a piece of s*** company.
*edit* if you get scammed into ordering from a store thats to far away dispute the charges with your bank like i did! WHAT A SCAM! That's dirty. Report Door dash to BBB.

Tried to change the delivery time. Doordash makes you cancel it instead and order again. But it then did not allow me to cancel the later order. When I tried, they took fifteen minutes to talk me out of it? Then said they couldn't help and weren't able to refund (keep in mind this was after I ordered the food again in order to get it earlier). Now I have two deliveries and no help from Doordash.
You're a driver and your acceptance rating falls below 70% for whatever reason it could be because you didn't accept it quick enough because you're driving you won't get a lot of offers you could spend three hours and get one delivery plus the fact there's no benefits no pay waste gas money not the end of the year you end up paying more than what you are so horrible company to work for
Three (3) times in the last few months I have received food orders which were not mine. I am not even a Doordash customer! All homes in my little neighborhood are well-marked with the street number. It would seem the drivers cannot read. Unfortunately, nothing on the delivery receipt shows any way to contact Door Dash nor the driver, nor the person who placed the order, nor the restaurant from whence the food came! Thus, it goes in the trash! Really ridiculous on all fronts!
First time I used them and the last time. I am livid. I ordered sub sandwiches from Cousins. Sandwiches were made and picked up by DoorDash. Nitwit driver said he had arrived but when I went to pick it up there was nothing there. It showed a picture of the drop off which was not my house. I tried to call driver twice -no answer. I messaged him four times - no response. Complained to DoorDash -no refund. So someone is enjoying my dinner and I am out 41.00 besides not having any dinner. This is outrageous! Beware that if this happens to you you will have no recourse. I am so pissed. This is beyond a horrible experience.
I had read reviews after ordering my first time and suddenly was worried if I would have the same experience. My experience was nothing like the reviews. My dasher was nice, fast and helpful. I was able to track my order. I was given free delivery because it was our first order. I was given contact info for our dasher. They text me when the restaurant we used was out of part of our order and I was able to select something else. The fee was cheaper than other delivery services. We received our order on time. It was a little warm, not as hot as I'd like, but we live far from the restaurant we used. Overall we were very happy. Thanks door dash.
Terrible customer service. I ordered breakfast from Tim Hortons and the lid from the coffee came off during delivery and partially emptied the coffee on my sandwiches and soaked them. Made them inedible.
I called customer service and they kept placing me on hold (about 8 times) and eventually said they could only give me a $5 credit. My entire breakfast was ruined and inedible yet that was all they would do. Terrible customer service!
I have cancelled my Dashpass and will eventually close my account but I am NEVER going to use them again. UberEats will be my goto service from now on.

They delivered the 3 wrong dishes on two separate deliveries and they compensated me for the one only. They denied compensation or redelivery for the other two...implying I complain too much as a customer...so now I have to accept any delivery?

I was receiving mail to my house from door dash. My middle initial is D not J. I reached out to them many times and explained you can't do it online you can only fix your first and last name online. Yet numerous customer service were incompetent and for some reason couldn't understand that and fix it! Even filed with the BBB and they didn't even adddress it and say it was fixed. Hands down just 0 stars their customer service is so bad!
Whatever you do I wouldn't recommend door dash they're a horrible company to work for the customer service they provide are just there in my opinion to give pre-scripted answers without actually solving anything they're untrustworthy and look out for their own selfish interests instead of the individuals under their employ
WHY Should...I be on hold for 20 mins after my assigned dasher James *******932 just came to my home kicking on my front door and screaming outside? Which was caught on camera... Dash speaks upon safety and all that nonsense but, after tonight...i don't believe them. I will add the blink recording, try to disprove us.

Order a burrito from Chipotle Mexican Grill from Baum Blvd in Pittsburgh Pa. They (door dash) delivered a bag in doorway and took off... I asked to hand it to me... I opened and found a dish with chicken and veggies, but no shell. I went to Door Dash website and typed in my problem and the answer sorry not enough for a refund. OK great Door Dash, I will eat what I got, but last dollar and $4 tip you will get from me. I was going to also give the driver $5 cash, but he dropped and ran. Good luck to you Door Dash, Never Again!
DashPass means no fees, right?
Apparently now, you pay for DashPass, and then you still pay for fees at most restaurants.
How does that make sense?
You pay for no fees, and then pay for fees on top of paying for no fees?
(This is not even to mention that I had canceled my DashPass, and then a while later it automatically re-subscribed me)

I had a door dash order from Checkers, 30$, it added up to 19$, but oh well. It took 1 hr 30 minutes for it to get here and Checkers is 3 minutes from me. The guy showed up to my backdoor, no bell back there, I only saw him cause I came in my hallway and saw this strange man at the back door. He tried to give me ice cold burgers n fries and pop with melted ice in it. I did not accept the order from Osariemen, oh and I kept calling him but he never answered *******426. Looked on my back porch just now n saw he left the food sitting in the steps, the rabbits are enjoying it
Price was better for the SAME exact meal at SkipTheDishes. I tried to cancel right away after seeing that but it was too late even though only minutes after placing the order. I called support and the supervisor said I would be called back and I never was.

I called the driver contact and the number was bad. DoorDash denied a reorder but offered me a refund. The refund will take 3-6 business days (over a week) til my $60 hits my account! Unacceptable! How do they stay in business?
