I innocently bought a dress for my son's wedding. The dress arrived in time, poor quality and didn't fit. I adhered to Glamlora sizing and ordered an 18 but what arrived was more like a 14. I asked to return the item but after several emails I was told that this was not possible as I had made a mistake with the sizing an order! I can assure you that I did not. The dress cost £145 including postage, I can't afford another dress, I feel so disappointed and a complete idiot for trusting this company.

Thought their website looked legit so I purchased a mother of the bride dress. What I received was a cheaply made dress, from somewhere in China, with no label or tags of any kind, and it has a few small purple spots on the lining. They do not stand behind their garments or there would at least be a label on it! I have requested a refund and wish to return the dress as it is too small in the hips and too big at the top. I would not wear it, even if it did fit me HORRIBLE Quality! All I have gotten is nonsense regarding wanting to return the dress! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Based on my last experience, I would choose to recommend Glamlora. This is my second purchase, and it definitely lives up to their claims. It didn't deceive me. I spent $180 on a dress that would cost $800 elsewhere. It's safe to say it's very worth buying.

Quality dressss at a decent price. I've ordered my wedding dress, as well as many others for the wedding party and I've been more than pleased with our purchases. It was a huge risk to order dresses for an event like a wedding without trying any of the items on but it paid off for sure.

I ordered a beautiful dress for my son's upcoming wedding. I saw it on another website, but decided to order it from Glamlora. The dress was delivered when promised, well packaged and is just like the picture. It is a very beautiful dress and well made.

The dress we ordered not only ran small, should have ordered a size up, but also had incomplete stitching. Ended up donating the dress.

My daughter looked stunning in this dress. The quality was better than expected. This dress is well worth it! I'd buy again from this company.

I ordered a size up as someone suggested in a review. The dress did fit. Ended up taking out the bra that came in it and having it altered to fit me wearing my own bra. The bra that came inside the dress is not "supportive". It's just there so you can't see through the dress. I wanted more support. It's very pretty and I can't wait to wear it as a mother-of-the -bride.

I love the dress! Had to alter top slightly and shorten it a bit, but it is a great fit and lovely. My only complaint is that I ordered additionally what was called a "shawl" and appeared in the picture to be a matching shawl. Turns out to be two pieces of fabric with elastic bands that slide on your arms like "wings". Definitely NOT a shawl. Disappointing.

Dress didn't fit or contain a label for return instructions. Week never purchase again.

Tried but took a long time to find about return policy.

I wanted a dress with more coverage on the chest and arms since I am not young. This one was perfect. It fit beautifully and I got a lot of compliments. The fabric did not wrinkle and even tho it was heavy and voluminous, it was not hot.

I was so pleased when my email was answered within 24 hours with up to date transport information. What great service. And the dress arrived exactly when they said it would.

After reviewing the sizes listed, I realized that I didn't fit the standard set of sizes. I took down measurements and sent them in to order my dress. This was for my daughter's wedding and I wanted to feel beautiful. They made sure I did. There was direct communication from the seamstress and she confirmed the measurements with me. It turned out lovely!

The dress was to small and would like to return it and refund

The dress I ordered didn't fit so I tried multiple times to get information on how to return it and no response was provided. Wasted my time and money won't order from this site again.

Never got a response on how I could return the dress since it didn’t fit. Had to go to the store and buy a dress. So now I have a dress that I can’t even wear. I’m very disappointed in the experience and won’t order again.

Then dress came in a small bag rolled up and was really wrinkled when I opened the bag. The dress had a strange smell that is still there. I ended up donating it and will not be wearing it to my black tie affair. I'm not going to order again.
