Good will on cart cleaning only clean handles of carts, they let none companion dogs in their stores people put them in there carts, non companion dogs carry diseases and good will does not clean carts after non companion dogs have been in them, they have signs on their stores as you enter only service animals are allowed but they do not enforce so the public is in Jeopardy of non-service dogs in carts, they make people Ware Masks but non-service dogs don't have no mast and I have even seen birds in the stores at people have brought in
I will never step foot inside their hostile stores. If you buy non-working junk, you are screwed. Caveat emptor.
Tip for consumers:
The store in West Covina, California has highly hostile employees. Avoid it like the plague. THEY ARE THE PLAGUE.
Products used:
If merchandise does not work, you may exchange it.
Goodwill on Douglas Blvd is in a area that has 2 other much nicer thrift stores. One would think that this would make them improve due to Competition. Store is cluttered with no room for 2 shoppers trying to pass each other. Two aisles are completely over run with no rhyme or reason to them. Everything is just tossed on these shelves, crushed, opened,, no price, broken, and everything in between.
Check out is so slow, with long waiting time. Even their parking lot is nothing except an addition to your bad experience.
What they are good at is asking for the change from your purchase for some cause they have going or supporting.one.
