Two screwed up orders in 24 hours. Wasn't really their fault but they wanted me to pay delivery fee, tip and additional charges to get my missing sandwich delivered. Didn't every get food the second order. After 90 minutes of waiting, the order was cancelled, but they didn't even give us a full refund! I still end up paying them $5? For nothing?!? Don't care how many promo codes they offer me. I'm done with them.

Worst service in the world, I will never use it again/ Ordered a meal, was told after my card was charged that they couldn't deliver. Received promo code, ordered a second meal and had to pay $8.50 extra - that meal couldn't be delivered. Spoke to management, was told that I could receive a second promo code, but it will be an additional cost for delivery and taxes. Which means after spending on 3 delivery charges, I still won't get my food. Also, the manager hung up in my face; my kids never receive food that I paid for x 2. Grubhub is pure unprofessional and disgusting, even when they don't fulfill their responsibility after taking your money, they still try to charge you. I am just getting started.
We paced an order from Logan's. Text says delivery 6.15. Driver at and address 20 minutes per app- I called he said food in a warmer bag 3 TIMES he left and went back to same address. I callled again- No answer- sent chat to Help- was told order on the way- wait 10 minutes- and HOUR later NO food. Driver still at that same house. I cancelled order! RIDICULOUS! Horrible service Never use again! I'd not give it a star if there was no stars! See car made 3 times to this house and back.

Ordered from a restaurant n delivery time kept changing, couldn't pick it up so I cancelled the order and never received my money back. Called multiple times and jus to be told it's under review by a senior specialist, 2 months and have yet to receive my money or any information on the status. They take your money for services they can't deliver and then won't give you your money back. Avoid if need
I ordered food from two different locations. Once was cancelled last minute. Second time it was delayed & items were never delivered. Driver submitted a picture on what it looked like it was a sidewalk in the middle of Mordor. There's no rating system on their drivers for a reason. They refunded me the whole amount, nonetheless the company's culture & commitment to bring quality service reflects on the professionalism & dedication from their drivers. I'm cancelling my membership with them.
First time using GrubHub driver picked up my food and delivered it to an unknown location took a picture sent it to me said delivery complete
Hopefully someone is enjoying the lunch I purchased otherwise in the next one or two days it's going to get really fishy in that room.

GrubHub consistently has deals of "free delivery" or get X off a delivery. However, they don't actually follow through. You input the code they email you, and they say you cannot redeem it. Or, their site will say "free delivery with an X purchase." When you read the find print, there are not restrictions. But, wen you go to check out, they are charging you for delivery and a service fee. So an order originally costing $12-$15, now costs $30! Not worth it.
Grubhub should change their name to Grab- Bag. These people will collect your money and don't deliver, then when you notify the company, they'll tell you that you'll have to pay for another order, basically telling you to put your neck on the block for them to chop it a second time. Therefore, I sincerely urge you to use other options.

I ordered food for my husband who was on a job. We tracked and waited about an hour then my husband called almost 2 hours later. I thought he was going to say how much he enjoyed the food. Instead he told me he is still waiting. I checked the tracking and they said "delivered". I contacted them and they had no idea where the food was even though the tracking said delivered. My money was refunded but my husband was still hungry. Not cool. I gave a 2 star just based on the quick response in the chat.
Run away from Grubhub. These idiots should be shut down and put out of business. They deliver late on 90% of all my orders. Food is nasty and cold. Delivery drivers can't follow simple directions. I don't care if this membership is part of my Walmart Plus free promotion. It's not worth the aggravation.
My advice...try alternate delivery apps like Doordash or pick up your own food at the restaurant. Trust me, you will thank me later.
Grubhub driver put our food on the dirty porch twice instead of handing it to me. The second time it was snowing and he sat it on the snowy porch. I reached out asking him to hand it to me but he wouldn't. I told him to take the food back and he cursed me and called me ungrateful. Complained to Grubhub both twice and had our ringbell video as evidence but I got the feeling they didn't care either way. This is the food industry and I found it disgusting. We no longer use food delivery services.

I suggest you pick a different provider. The quality control and standards for this company are horrendous. It's extremely rare that they get an order right or deliver on time (like 1 out of 10). They frequently miss items, deliver late, leave out condiments or utensils, or just never show up at all. I think it will be the first of the many food delivery companies to go out of business.
I have screenshots of my conversation with one of their bots and they literally said there is NOTHING they can do about the order that grubhub canceled TWICE within 30min of each other because Grubhub listed the WRONG menu items that weren't even available. So they were completely wrong yet nothing was done about it. Use uber eats or literally ANY other food delivery site!

Food was delivered to wrong address, I called the restaurant they barely spoke English, they refused to do a corrective action, they refuse to remove trash and would not take care of a bad customer experience.! Whether it was through GrubHub or not they should feel responsible for the fact that they prepared the food! Now I have trash in the hall that is rotting and attracting bugs I refuse to pay for somebody else's trash! Who pays $37 for a kid's meal to start with!

Had a horrible driver. Real smart $#*!! Hour and 1/2 late. Left the food outside our door but never let me know. Offered us a whopping $3.00 off but no way to offer the 16 digit code. When I went on chat the guy Austin had no clue. We are done and will check other food delivery services going forward!
Ordered a pizza and chicken wings and told one driver was picking up. Then received message another driver picking up. Second driver called and said she was there and someone picked up order. Then received call from Grub hub that they made a mistake and all was cancelled. I told them would it not be easier to have the driver there to bring order. She said no have to cancel all. Driver texted me that she has never heard of such a thing. Even gave extra tip to driver. No credit has been given to my paypal with money for mistake. CANCELLING GRUB HUB and making supper for my family.
I have had no other issues with delivery companies, but GrubHub is perhaps one of the worst. Most drivers there are probably working as a means to pay off bills or a second job, as I don't see why anyone would want to willingly work there, but please do a better job at, you know, your job. If you deliver to a wrong unit, please pick up the phone or answer when I ask about where my food went. Maybe you're $#*!ed or have mentally challenged issues, whatever. But you can probably see or hear :). Anyway, have a super great night.

I get the Grub hub charges for delivery fee, but when you add $3 to $6 dollars more on each food item is wrong. What a scam and an insult to the restaurant. Shame on Grubhub they should inform us on each over charge of the food item. The service is good the drivers are great the way they over charge not acceptable. I won't be using their services unless they charge their overcharging for the food they did not prepare.
I ordered pizza. Promised within 45 min. 90 min later says order is delivered but not to my address. Unable to get ahold of driver. Took 30 min to get a rep and didn't care about the 2 hour wait or that there was no way to get ahold of driver or a live person. Offered nothing for this other than refund and didn't care about any of these issues even after talking to a supervisor. Worst company ever.
Will delete app and never use again
Due to mix up in the system my food showed up on the wrong day. They were graceful enough to cancel and issue a refund. You have proved to me(and hopefully others reading this) that you resolve issues when they arise. It's easy to be nice when things are going according to plan, but how you handle problems sets the bar.
Today was my third order and I will go through you each time, guaranteed.
FYI Eight homeless people in North Dallas enjoyed the meals that were incorrectly sent.

App says "Hand the food to me." Drivers dump at gate. Never ring bell. Food gets cold. Refunds not processed. Customer service promises action - nothing. Bank statements and gift cards never credited with refunds. Don't tip a driver until AFTER you get the order. Despite generous tips up front, drivers leave food outside.

Ridiculously unreliable and overpriced. Often will just wait an hour or more and spontaneous cancel orders - will keep the money for several days, just not deliver any food. Can rack up delivery fees of seven or eight dollars with no driver gratuity. Customer service is a joke - it's a crappy call center that doesn't have native English speakers. Makes DoorDash seem like Herman Miller in terms of customer service. Total garbage.
