I placed an order online for a custom made leather jacket. Although I thought I followed the detailed measuring instruction precisely, an employee contacted me wanting to affirm a measurement he felt might have been short. After further measurement details and suggestions, I added 2-1/2" to my sleeve measurement, and thankfully so! My jacket is of incredible quality and fit's like a glove! Thank you Leather Cult!

Received orders in good condition. I'm very pleased with the fit and fabric. My only complaint is the expensive shipping cost.

My jacket is perfect. I was very worried because some of the reviews were harsh, and there was also no phone number for me to call to get comfort. But I took a risk. Have to say, Leather Cult came through with flying colors. I would recommend that everyone take a printout of the measurements page to your tailor and get measured by a pro first consistent with the Leather Cult website. It will probably reduce error. My experience was great and I will now order more.

I have purchased numerous jackets and blazers and have no complaints with the product: ordering is a pain. They want you to use pay pal but make it difficult. It won't allow you to check out as a guest and requires you open an account. Then you have to go through an email process to get a special link to check out as a guest. Which takes a couple of days back and forth. I have literally not ordered a jacket because I didn't want to go through all that. Also I have requested numerous times that they change this to no avail.

As I described above and nothing has changed .

It was Good! Thought I would receive b4 Valentine Day, which I did not but it was ok. I had not received any information on when I was going to receive the coat. So, I called to get a date range when I might receive the coat. It wasn't a long process, but I would have like to know when I was going to receive it. He got it and was very pleased with the quality and fit. He Loved it...that's all that mattered!

I was concerned about when I was going to receive the coat, she explained that I would receive an email. 2 days later the coat came. Very satisfied!

I received my package a week earlier than I was supposed to, which was unexpected, but a very pleasant surprise. The quality of the pants surpassed my expectations, and they are incredibly comfortable. I'm so glad I got them, and I will definitely be purchasing from here again! Before buying them I had some doubts, and was worried they wouldn‘t fit, or they would be too baggy... but nope, they were actually perfect! The customer service is also pretty fast, and thank you to Erica for answering all of my questions :)

Still a little saddened by the shorts length I previously ordered, and PayPal has its annoyances but the dye job is fabu and hand feel absolutely fantastich

Ordered leather Jean's for my wife.
After sending off the measurements - the company contacted us with concerns to a particular measurement so we adjusted it and ended up with a perfect fitted pair.
They were delivered well wrapped and the leather is really good quality as is the finishing.
Will definitely be buying again.

I honestly wasn't sure this website was legit but after a friend had a good experience decided to give it a go. I ordered the Mass Effect jacket with custom measurements and it fits like a glove. All the details are correct and as advertised. I've seen a lot of bad reviews for this company out there but my experience was solid. Two thumbs up, absolutely love this jacket.

I saw a jacket that looked great online, but you never know till you see it up close. I loved the fact that you can customize almost every aspect of the piece. Production, shipping and delivery were all very prompt and when delivered, the quality of the jacket was better than I even hoped for. I highly recommend Leather Cult and will very likely be ordering again.

I order a jacket last month and put in my measurements and noted that I was a woman (it was labeled as a man's jacket). Great looking jacket when it arrived. I checked the measurements when they arrived and all but 1 match, the biceps. Leather cult admitted that they added 4.5 inches to my measurement of the bicep area. What I received was a leather jacket with baggy arms, Looks like I'm a kid wearing my dads jacket in that area. They offered me a $15 gift certificate to reorder the jacket.
$15 in leather cult money is unacceptable. Why should I have to shell out another $180 plus tax (minus 15 lol) because they added inches to my measurement without informing me? Doesn't seem right. I wrote back and hope they will make things write in an adequate fashion. It's one thing if my measurements were off, but for them to admit that they added to one of my measurements without telling me?

It will cost me $75 to have a leather alteration made here in the Los Angeles area, and I hope they will cover that or send me a new jacket.

Fingers crossed that leather cult customer service will match the beauty of the jacket. Stay tuned for an update.

Customer service was great and verified my measurements before production.
The garment is well-made.
The leather was thin, about 2 ounce for those that are familiar with leather thicknesses.
It is a fine coat for cool temps. I ordered mine without insulation.
It smells like a baseball glove.
The lining and buttons are good quality.
It should give man years of service.

The measurement instructions are very good with both pictures and written instructions. I found that very helpful. I also contacted the company with a few questions, and they got back to me within 24 hours. Now, we wait...very hopeful for a stellar product.

UPDATE: The leather coat I received for my husband's birthday was not only exactly like the website photo, but the measurements were perfect! The quality was spectacular, and the little extras like the inside satin pockets are lovely touches. Hubby was impressed, and he looked amazing in it. Thank you, Leathercult!

The fit is a bit snug, but not a deal breaker. It's well made and looks gorgeous.

Ordered a custom made jacket, two weeks later (give or take) it arrived, and it's exactly what was ordered. Cool jacket, fits perfectly... Only time will tell whether it'll survive the wear and tear of life, but it seems very well made, although that's from a point of view of someone who's fairly ignorant about the leather jacket manufacturing process... But as I said time will tell, but I'm hopeful. Overall I'm very impressed.

Website needs improvement.
Skype calls would be paramount to your business! Emails tend to be confusing. With your personal service... Skype calls will add a much better customer experience. Also try adding a form for returns and adjustments rather just shipping a garment. (This aspect of your CS totally confused me) I'm not sure who's responsible for return shipping a d what actual adjustments can be made to garment how it will take to be updated, returned. These are key unknowns to me as a new customer. (If you implement the tasks aforementioned? It'll add a significant level of appreciation from new customers like myself) I still have my 1st garment and adjustments are needed, but I'm not sure how to process a claim?
So I totally have no idea what steps to take? So I wait like an idiot!

Beautiful jacket and excellent quality. I ordered a custom size with sherpa lining for extra warmth and it fits perfectly. I was a little nervous about ordering a custom size, but it was easy to measure and the jacket fits exactly as I wanted it to. Very nice classic details on this style and the leather is super soft and comfy to wear.

This will be my second Leathercult Jacket! The first one is superb and gets compliments every time.
