Hey cannot fulfill next day delivery orders so don't bother paying the next day charge. Every single time my order has failed to turn up next day. I have spent over £400 on one order which has failed to turn up. Customer service have emailed the courier, emailed?! Ridiculous if you have an account you should have access to contact them. I can't believe this company is still allowed to trade. No solutions or help offered. I only order because of Lorna Luxe once her contract ends I will be shopping elsewhere as the service and quality if we are being honest is not worth the price
An extra item got added to my cart and I didn't realize right before I placed my order, so I went to cancel it immediately after I purchased. I sent an email asking to cancel and they responded right away (5 minutes after I placed my order) and said they couldn't cancel it since it had already been "too long" since the order was placed and it had already been processed for dispatch (literally impossible but okay).
Awful awful quality. Princess polly has gone down in qualtiy over the last years. Tried to give them nother chance recently as some of the styles online looked cute...bad decision. ALSO tried returning my items and they DONT return the full amount back. They forever lost a customer. Bye!

don't bother emailing customer support if you have an issue - super passive aggressive and unhelpful

They charge you extra for overnight delivery ($25) but do not send overnight as promised. $#*! quality, $#*! customer service. Returning my order & never using this company again. Ew.
I've heard great things about their clothes, so I ordered a skirt and a romper for a vacation I was taking. Since I was leaving the Friday night for my trip, I paid for express shipping to ensure it was there by Friday at the latest. I verified with a customer service agent that if I order before 2pm, then it will ship same day and take 1-2 business days to deliver. It's now the following Tuesday, I'm long gone, and my package is still no where near - I emailed them to at the very least demand a refund on the $14 I paid for express shipping, but they refused and said it was "out of their control". All I wanted was a refund on that because I paid for a service that they didn't follow through on... TERRIBLE customer service, too - they sign off each email with cute emojis and stuff but literally do nothing to help other than give me a measly discount for my next purchase, but I don't imagine I'll be buying from them ever again. Would not recommend.
I ordered stuff for my daughter for Christmas. You have to order right away because things sell out very fast. We'll be careful. They don't tell you you only have 30 days to return. Very difficult when Christmas shopping. Contacted customer service & they were unable to help me. Told me to try to resell on Cursty. Also one of the items was defective. Will never order from them again. Terrible customer service
Tip for consumers:
Do not order unless you can return within30 days. Also quality is not so great. Definitely only purchase if you’re getting a good discount. Not worth the money

Unsatisfactory product and disappointing customer service. Today, I got a phone case for my daughter's iPhone 11 that cost us $21.49, shipping included. Despite being labeled for an iPhone 11, the case was way too small and entirely unusable. Attempting to initiate a return online, I was offered either a partial refund of $7.03 or a $13.00 store credit, with another shipping fee for an item I don't want. I'm not seeking a return due to aesthetic preferences or sizing issues; the product is flawed and incompatible with any iPhone 11, which we verified using other iPhone 11s in our household. The order ID is US*******. We expect a full refund, covering both the item and the shipping fees. If this experience is indicative of your business practices, I'd strongly advise against making any purchases from your company. You risk receiving a defective item with no reasonable means of redress.
Tip for consumers:
They have no options to return defective items for a full refund. Only a partial refund of less that half of what was paid, even though it was defective. Not satisfactory at all.

I've worn Princess Polly clothes before but they were my friends pieces so this time I decided to shop for some of my own! This was my first purchase with the brand and I was really excited! I am pretty satisfied with the purchase as shipping was quick and I was able to get my items with good discounts. Check out my video review for more details and a try-on haul!
Bought my daughter a pair of pant for Christmas the very end of October. The pants did not fit they would not do anything. No exchange, no credit. Told us to sell them, seriously!? Any reputable store has an extended return/exchange policy for holidays. Not asking for refund just a credit or correct size. I will never purchase from them again. Too many other better options out there.
Tip for consumers:
After 30 days no credit or exchange even on holiday purchases. They claim they extend for holidays but they did not. Offered 25% off a new item but why on earth would I give them any more money. Refusal to exchange an item received less than 60 days ago for holidays is poor customer service in my book. Not a refund just wanted to exchange!!

It was my first time shopping with Princess Polly, and I was excited to receive the clothing I selected. The delivery was amazingly quick; I received the order in less than 48 hours after placing it on standard shipping. The communication was also stellar; I was kept updated with great communication throughout.
However, unfortunately, upon receiving my order an hour ago I have been extremely disappointed. Firstly, two items (one of which was sold as "final sale" (I.e. Non-returnable) arrived faulty - one with white stains (olive cap) and the other with some random red threading (on a grey sweatshirt)?! Honestly, I thought I'd ordered from a second hand store for a minute… No disrespect towards second hand stores, I just mean I was obviously shocked to be receiving items that weren't exactly cheap with obvious faults.
As I made my way through the rest of the items, I found that my order was also completely missing two items that I was eager to receive. By this point I was seriously questioning the legitimacy of this company so looked them up online to discover some other terrible reviews here. That's the LAST TIME I don't check reviews for a new store! I can only hope I am able to get the money back for these items.
Further, I reviewed Princess Polly's return policy before completing my order to check whether return expenses would be required. Nowhere on the website is it mentioned that return expenses ARE REQUIRED, if you are wanting a refund to your initial payment method rather than a store gift card. This is incredibly deceptive and adds to the negative sentiment I have gained. I sincerely wish I didn't have to write this complaint. It's not how I wish to spend my time, and I'm annoyed that I have to report on these things which I believe should be standard practices of customer service.
As I mentioned it is my first encounter with the company, and I'm sad that it will be my last as I was initially excited to find a brand that I could rely on for some lovely clothes. Even if they made all their wrongs right I would never buy from this store again as I really don't want to support such sloppy practices or represent such a brand through my clothing.
I bought some items from Princess Polly for the first time a few months ago. The items are very trendy and quite affordable. Some of the items were low quality, some were decent. I was disappointed with a few of the dainty pieces - one being a top that didn't fit comfortably and felt particularly flimsy.
However I particularly like their matching sets section.
It was easy to search for items that I needed and I like that they offer discounts and sales from time to time.
They offered free AU shipping over $50.

When I expressed that I did not like their return policy, I was told "sorry, have a wonderful night. "Terrible way to do business. Do they not realize that it is us middle class parents who are paying for their items for their kids?! I can also get similar items for cheaper somewhere else, so why go there?

Never worn them, willing to return them, after 30 days, still won’t refund.
We ordered in SEPTEMBER 2022 and to this day January 2023 - we have still never received anything. When I never heard from them and never received it - I messaged them to cancel my order that said it had "just shipped" - three months AFTER we ordered it. Yet - we still don't have it. Now they say it's too late to get my money back - so I have no dress and can't get any money back. DON'T ORDER from this site!
If you're looking for the latest clothing this season and want to buy it at a reasonably affordable price, Princess Polly is the place to look. Princess Polly supplies clothing from a range of partner brands such as Motel, Levi's, Doc Martens and Lioness. This means you can get a range of different items from them; shoes, skirts, jeans, accessories, swimwear and even makeup!
The only concern I would look out for is quality - sometimes the clothing is slightly worse quality than it appears on the website but I've never had any major issues.

This website is a scam. They misrepresent their clothing, size and material, do not own up to their mistakes and then charge a$ 7 handling fee per item for a return. I would warn all consumers and FORBID them from shopping here. I hope they close down
I ordered from Happy and Polly and received a Fed Ex tracking number over 2 weeks ago. When I track the package through Fed Ex, the only info available is that the tracking number was issued and has never been received by Fed Ex at all. Also, my email to service has not been answered! Now I have to go through my credit card to report this charge as fraud!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t do business with Happy and Polly!

Clothes arrived ripped and had to pay $40 to send them back. Would never order there again, very disappointed. Do not recommend!
I ordered from the site and I loved the clothing!
But when I returned the item that was too big same day I received it, paid out of my own pocket just about as much as the item. And they claimed they never received it. Three months later and I'm out of money and an item. And they did not refund me, and refuse to help me whatsoever they say they need proof of sent back item. That was three months ago. I don't have the receipt anymore. My mail lady saw and knows I sent it. Soooo idk. Right on
A company that is not transparent, they need to pay their employees more and don't disclose where they buy their materials, at least 50% of the jewelry and clothing comes from Alibaba and AliExpress. Ridiculous
Tip for consumers:
See Chinese website first
I bought the Abe puffer from them. It was shein grade quality and falling apart when I received it. All of the stuffing on the inside of the puffer quickly balled up and fell to the bottom to the point where I wasn't even able to wash it. All the seams had strings hanging and some of them were literally completely gone.
That aside, I posted this review on their website and they won't even allow it to be on the reviews. I had a feeling when all of the reviews were raving about them and the "bad" reviews were hardly bad and still 3/4 stars. Needless to say, they hide how poor quality their close are by having someone review the reviews and pick and choose which ones are posted to their site.
I placed and order and never received part of if. When I asked for refund or store credit, they refused. Wanted me to take a pic of an item I didn't have to prove that I didn't have it. Be careful they rob you.
(CONCLUSION/TLDR AT THE VERY END + discount advice, I DIVIDED EACH SECTION INTO PARAGRAPHS AS WELL, SAY THANK YOU! :D)
Firstly, I live in Canada so it's more trouble for me to receive my items (especially in terms of speed, and including the shipping price) but I still find Princess Polly a pretty great brand.
GENERAL: I've ordered a bunch of different items from Princess Polly before: shirts, dresses, sweatshirts, pants, skirts, bags, and jewellery. Most of the items matched my expectations--good quality, great fit, looks like the picture, which is why I really like shopping from Princess Polly.
SHIRTS AND DRESSES: gorgeous, nothing more to say that I haven't said already.
SWEATSHIRTS: A godsend--they're incredibly soft and comfy and I cannot recommend them enough! All of my crewnecks are from Princess Polly and they're among the best things I've bought from the company. Most of them are pretty large though, so downsizing is a good way to go.
PANTS: Same goes for these. The petite ones fit perfectly (I'm between 5'3 to 5'4, so the regular line should probably fit well for anyone above 5'4 and I think there's a tall option as well) and they're super comfortable.
ACCESSORIES: Bags are really cute and they've held up a lot over my reckless handling of them :p, but jewellery (I've ordered necklaces, bracelets, and rings) is hit or miss. They look nice, but some of them turn bronze after a while or lose their colour. It's a shame, since it's a good portion of the items so I wouldn't totally recommend the jewellery. Also I ordered a headband one time and it's pretty good.
GENERAL COMPLAINTS: Lots of the complaints on here are related to this and shipping time. I agree with issues on shipping time. A lot of the time orders come a few days past their expected date, and every time they send an outdated, automated email about expected delays and COVID-19 regulations(?)
SHIPPING: Not the best if you need items fast but I don't really care since I'm not ever in a rush to get my items. But, if it helps, ordering on Wednesday is the fastest shipping time for me (living in Canada, so I don't know how well this applies to anyone else) and I get my items in around a week (which is earlier than usual!).
Edit: I completely forgot to add--yes, the shipping time is pretty wonky and I've tried express shipping before. I don't think it really makes much of a difference. Save your money, and try to order early if you can instead!
CUSTOMER SERVICE: In terms of actual customer service, I once had an issue with a really pretty dress where I received my item and on the sleeve there was a BIG fat stain! Otherwise it was very nice and I loved it. First, I started the return process online which was easy enough, but then I contacted customer service because I knew that paying for my own shipping method back to the USA would be really expensive and not worth it at all. They initially told me I had to pay for it myself but after a few emails back and forth I was able to get them to send me a new item without having to send back the damaged item (which would cost me almost $20 to send back!) which was really nice! Since Princess Polly is an online company (I believe?) their customer service can be pretty good to negotiate with if you provide good reasoning for your complaint and provide pictures if you can. Just don't give up after one email! (but if they insist on saying no, then you should probably accept that)
CONCLUSION (TLDR?): Overall, the items themselves are pretty great and would be 5 stars on their own.! ALSO SUPER IMPORTANT: ALWAYS LOOK FOR A 20% DISCOUNT ON PRINCESS POLLY. THERE'S ONE AT *ALMOST* ALL TIMES. MOST EXTERNAL COUPONS WILL REACH IS 30% IN MY EXPERIENCE. BUT ALWAYS LOOK FOR AT LEAST A 20% DISCOUNT BEFORE PURCHASING.!
I've never had an issue with the quality of their items except for the jewellery and I would totally recommend them. Ordering is a different story! I would rate the ordering process a 2/5, but since most of that is due to delayed shipping and issues with customer service (which isn't really a common occurrence), it doesn't waive my rating too much, which is why I settled on a 4/5.
This is all coming from someone who's spent a LOT of money on Princess Polly! I tried to be as honest as possible and I've shopped here for 3 years now so I think I have at least a little bit more merit than someone whose only shopped maybe once or twice c:

Expect cheap quality clothing at marked up prices and terrible customer service.
Bought two skirts in the same size but the sizing between the two were extremely off.
The material was also very poor quality (expect Shein quality but at 5 times the price). Beware of sponsored reviews!
One customer service agent said that the item can be exchanged while another said it cannot. Turns out, exchanges are not available to international customers (which is written at the very bottom of the page instead of under the "FREE EXCHANGES" section). International customers must also pay for return shipping.
Learned my lesson and will not be purchasing from Princess Polly again.

If you live in Europe do not even bother! I placed an order over 1,5 months ago and I still haven't received anything! I've emailed them 2-3 times asking for a refund and they keep telling to wait even longer and keep sending me these ridiculous discount codes that are already everywhere
Tip for consumers:
Do not waste your money here
Return cost money even though the shipping of my order took longer than expected. Ridiculous that they're charging customers 7 dollars to return items when every other website has returns for free... Especially when I needed the clothes for a specific event and didn't get them on time. They said they asked for an "extra delivery day" on their website and claimed that the "next business day" with an extra day in between was the 16th, when I ordered on the 11th... don't say things will be delivered in a certain amount of days when they won't be. I just wasted 7 dollars for no apparent reason... won't be ordering from here ever again.
