The booking process was incredibly easy and straightforward. From start to finish, the entire process flowed seamlessly, requiring minimal effort on my part. I appreciated the user-friendly interface and intuitive design, which made navigating through the booking steps a breeze. I will never use this site again. They look like the hotel site, but they are not. The additional fees are ridiculous. I would have just called the hotel myself. How does it cost $15.99 to use a website to make a reservation. That's on top of all the other surcharges and taxes they don't bother to explain. Use someone else! No $126.00 room should cost $178.00. And good luck getting a final receipt from them as well.
My confirmation email showed cost of the room only (without adding taxes, etc.) -- which was considerably less than I had paid moments earlier by credit card. Adding to my confusion was a graphically prominent box that said "Cancel reservation?" I almost did, but fortunately decided to call B-W first. Your representative understood the situation immediately and politely explained that taxes, etc., accounted for the difference. The higher amount I had just paid was, indeed, correct -- but I felt the graphics were confusing.
I was confused.
It took me a little while to understand everything but I think I got it right. I'm 67 years old and nothing is easy anymore.

Easy process - quick and simple. Good description of rooms. My only comment is that the stated rate per night was about $340 but then after you push to accept and process there was over $100 in additional fees added. It would be much nicer to just know the total cost per night up front.

Not happy with the price. No option for AAA or AARP discount. No answer to phone calls.

We wish these discounts were always available.

I booked through this site unknowingly and was screwed over. I booked a 2 Queen Bed Suite with a Sofa Bed for My family for Thanksgiving. I emphasized the sofa bed with the agent several times and he was fully aware of it. I get to my destination 15 hrs. Away from my home and they've booked the wrong room, not enough space for my entire family. What could I do, I have no choice but to spend another $600 getting another room so my family would have somewhere to sleep. I call the company speak with a couple different supervisors, they say we will compensate you in 5-7 days. I get the email today saying we are going to refund you $15.99 for the inconvenience. I tell this supervisor that's not going to work as he continues to talk over me and not listen. Then I say I need to talk to the person over you then a corporate manager or somebody. He proceeds to tell me there is no one over him and I can write a email to the service team I refused to give me a corporate number. He then says this all we going to do, and still refuses to get me to someone over him. I hope this is not the way you guys intended on handling business. Because you guys got my reservations wrong I was out of pocket an additional $600, and your compensation is refunding me $15.99 that is bad business and I promise until I here something back I will call and complain everyday.
Tip for consumers:
I would never deal with a company like this that doesn't respect or value its customers.

This was fine, however, reserving from Booking.com is very compplicated. It puts you in a loop and never asks for your personal info or payment. Not good. Started to just give up, but I given the site for reservation counter.com when I called for a live agent. I'm sure you loose many using Booking.com. People just don't have the time to hunt and peck for service. It should be easier and more user friendly.
Because the agent told me about it. If I wasn't persistent, I would never have pursued this.
