We had an issue with my son checking in at another hotel. Very stressfull… until we spoke to Nada (I believe thats how its pronounced). Basically, we were able to speak with Angel the night before Easter! Dont ever let her go! Amazing customer service! She just made you guys look (econlodge) look amazing. Give her a raise or a bonus! Lol
I booked 2 rooms 3 weeks ago or so and the hotel on the night of check in only had one reservation in their system. We were on the phone for 50 minutes trying to get a refund. It was four people in my family and we were in town for the celebrity game. The one room they had was 1 bed. All of this took place at 12:00 midnight. U think they said sorry or tried to offer a discount or anything for our inconvenience. They did not. The service was horrible.
So far so good! Easy to do online. We have stayed there before and enjoyed it.

I found this website to be surprisingly simple and quick. I would use this reservation desk again. Having 3 kids, I love staying as Embassy Suite hotels because of the spacious rooms, 2 tvs and complimentary breakfast. It saves a family of 5 a few dollars to enjoy other things.
Booking a Disneyland trip for the family and Embassy Suites allows us to stay nearby with complimentary shuttle servieces.

I have stayed at this hotel for a year because of my work. That's hard enough to be away from family but because I stay at this hotel it's like a second home it makes me feel so relaxed from the GM down I have received nothing but first class service. I been recommending this place stay with family and friends visiting in the area and I'm still gonna recommend it still.

Visiting from out of town to see father on Hospice - amenities were amazing and it made a difficult trip a bit easier for all of us. Returning to see dad one last time and cant imagine staying anywhere else.

I did not appreciate the service fee being charged when the original price with your ad did not include it. Made your final fee higher than other booking companies.
Redstone-Central heat did not work so used space heaters instead. Very cold the first night. Circuits overloaded and tripped breaker twice. Door latch and toilet flush handle broken. Beautiful building and friendly owner/manager.
Thought it was more econoical but was more with serice fee.
