I love RevZilla. My friend told me about them because they use affirm. If you can't afford something all at once its super convenient and awesome to be able to split it into multiple payments with no interest. I have not seen other motorcycle gear vendors use affirm.(great business decision btw). So far shipping has been pretty quick as well and I've had no issues with the products. They also have review videos of their products and their support rocks.
Having to pay $20 extra in return costs due to horrible sizing of the eclipse 2 jacket sucks. I guess my bad on the first return given I ordered an L (6'@ 200lbs) when I should have sized up as it's a jacket and meant to be worn with layers, however getting the XL and it still being tight in the shoulders and the hem sitting almost at my belly button is a joke. Seems like a great jacket but hard to really say as I haven't been able to fit into one yet.
I came in as a first-time customer and was received with friendly customer service and patience. I especially appreciated given the hectic holiday shopping season. They were even kind enough to recommend me to other places for specific items they had a limited supply of at that time. It says a lot about the integrity of a shop, caring more about building community than making a sale. I would 10/10 come back.

Ordering is easy, like most sites. However, its when there are issues is where RevZilla really shines. Sometimes the parts just don't fit like you would want or the gear isn't what you expected. RevZilla takes has always been responsive and they take care of it quickly. So many store fronts (and people) are just so unresponsive when an issue arises, not RevZilla in my several years of experience with them.

In fact, I stopped doing business with RM over a year ago due to their customer service specific to a return of an item that would not fit a bike they said it would. They simply do not know the products they sell.

I ordered the Alpinestars J-6 WP Women's Riding Shoes in grey/purple. I'm normally a women's size 10 but sized down to 9.5 per previous reviews and I'm glad I did (probably could have gone down to a 9 in all honesty). These shoes are super comfy for riding and also just when walking around, they don't slip on any surface I've come in contact with yet. They have great ankle support too! So far the best riding shoes I've had so far.

I needed new riding shoes and wanted something waterproof but not a full on boot and these fit what I was looking for.
I've bought multiple items in the past year from them including riding gear and bike parts. Had to return/exchange some things. Never a problem. Good prices, particularly on clearance. Reasonably fast shipping, usually within one week in the US. $10 shipping return fee is reasonable considering what shipping costs otherwise. Recommend them.

Been eyeing the Dryspec D-20 for a while and with the price match, it was a no brainer.
So far I have purchased almost all of my gear from this site. They have such a wide variety of women's clothing to choose from, it has made this journey easy! The return policy is great and absolutely necessary when trying to shop for women's anything. But most of the sizing charts have been on point and I have only had to swap out a few items... pants, of course! Shipping is always extremely fast and they process returns very quickly.

Some previous customer reviews mentioned that the gloves seemed too tight / small.
A Revzilla video review mentioned that the gloves might be slightly large.
So I balanced those opinions and stayed with my normal size (Medium). (For reference, I have relatively big palms and short fingers and usually wear medium in all sorts of gloves.)
I should have listened to the customer reviews. I'm working on stretching them out, but these are pretty small and tight.
Shopping experience and check out are fine automated processes. The website usually works well. The issue with this experience is I received two tracking numbers for three boxes. The third box arrived separate from the other tracking numbers over four days, yes including a weekend. That weekend was spent talking to customer service about if a third box had been sent or not.
I don't think customer service actually read my emails as they addressed concerns in their FAQ by the standard responses, but the standard responses did not match my questions... otherwise I would not have asked my question.
The orders page under my account needs to indicate if a tracking number has multiple packages/boxes. I received two tracking numbers via email. Three items were to be in one package, while a fourth item had been packaged for the other tracking number. however, the tracking number with three items arrived with only one item in the box. Where are the other two items from that tracking number? Four days later a second box for the first tracking number arrived with the other two items in it. That same day, a third package with the second tracking number arrived.... in total three boxes for two tracking numbers which caused a lot of confusion between me and customer service.

These riding shoes (boots) are nice, real leather, comfy, easy off zipper, better protection than tennis shoes. That's about all the good things. Otherwise they seem like a 120-150 dollar pair of boots. They're moderately comfortable, nowhere to tuck the laces, no extra ankle protection, and priced like they would have all the features. They also don't give the best footing on the bike (I get it they're riding shoes, but "riding" is still in there), soles can be a little slippery at times. I'm gonna keep them, but kinda wish I woulda went a different direction.

Beginner getting some first gear here :) Tried a few things on in the store and got some great advice from the knowledgeable staff. Some items weren't available in store so I ordered them online. Had to return one item because of sizing and the customer service rep not only processed the return but made recommendations about alternatives. LOVE this place!

I've been a customer since 2016, great service, fast shipping, great customer service, after the new merger only recently I had some issues, the packaging had arrived in bad shape which never happened before, lost an item from a big hole in the box and got sent a used item when paid for new, but customer service is quick and understanding and fixed the issue. The new perks program isn't as great as a couple years ago, IMO. There are still some nice promos though.

This shoe fits my dress style seamlessly. I'm happy that I don't have to wear something that looks like a motorcycle shoe when I'm off the bike, walking through the mall or hanging with friends. As a long-standing customer, I ordered a set of Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires because your website said they were "in stock". To my surprise, they were shipped and received separately but the larger issue is that the rear tire is dated 4423 (which is fine) but the front tire is dated 3421, already two+ years old. This might not seem an issue to you, but for a frequent Dragon twisty rider, it IS an issue when my butt is on the line at a 50+ degree lean.

For real motorcycle gear. If you go elsewhere you may not always get the real thing and that's not acceptable when it comes to motorcycle gear.
Bought the Rukka Outlast long sleeve shirt. Cheaper than heavy Merino whoop and supposedly more apt for the cold.
Fit is as advertised, material is very soft and doesn't feel plasticky like some other Outlast shirts I've had. Have been riding in it a bit and works great, basically can replace a mid-weight Merino layer in the cold. Will have to see how it does in the heat where past Outlast shirts did less well, but we're off to a promising start.

Revzilla was awesome: timely shipping, super informed about the policies. Love it... But the Oxford leggings, honestly not a fan. They were a quick purchase and the reviews seemed nice but apparently if you have a large waist, you have larger calves. The pants fit perfectly at the hip and thigh, the armor moved into position nicely when on a bike but the bottom part of the pants was floppy like a boot cut which is not what I wanted. Probably won't purchase these again.

Revella is great never had an issue they're always quick to respond.
The citation too helmet that I purchased however I will only get four stars the internal sun visor is hardly tinted on like the LS2 previous version which had a nice dark tinted lens that came stock with it and it allows a lot of air flow through sometimes too much even with all the vents closed ( contacts don't like wind)

What I expected, nothing more, nothing less. Revzilla used to set the standard for customer service, but since the big merger/acquisition, it just doesn't seem quite the same. The personal tough has pretty much disappeared. In this particular order, a Givi case arrived fairly quickly, but still slower than when I order Givi from a reseller in Italy (note: I'm about 45 minutes from Revzilla's Philly shop.)
