The representatives of the customer service are rude and arbitrary. They are intolerant and for no reason, they can (and will!) block temporarily or permanently your account without any explanation, even if you comply with the rules, pay for your credits, and have no complaints from anyone! In my experience, I see that many profiles are fake and when you think that you are talking with another member of the site, in reality, you are talking with an employee that pretends to be the person in the profile that you are looking at... BEWARE! And don't fall in their trap!
