Bought a Sandro jacket. I received it within 4 days (the Netherlands) and everything is perfect! Paid with Paypal just to be sure, reading all the negative reactions (since Paypal provides an insurance). But dont need to return it fortunately!
I have placed 16 orders with this company and they ship right away. The return process is great and they even offer exchange. But the customer service is the WORST. In the year that I have shopped I have called customer service 4 times and 3 of those times they were useless and a waste of time. I am not asking for extreme requests. But they have literally been a waste of time. So if you shop here the product is what it is. But don't expect any human contact.
While the content and prices can be good, they take payment immediately, then it took 1 month for my order to arrive, and despite sending my return over 1 month ago I have still not received my refund. I raised two complaints and they just send the same generic response.
And then after posting this review on Trustpilot they did a PR spin saying a member of the team had contacted me which is categorically not true.

This is the worst customer service ever! Do not trust a promise they make when resolving an issue for you! Their "customer care team" are uncaring, repetitive and just pass you onto the next member, just to hear the same lame excuses! I'm sending everything back to them that I have purchased! Don't waste your time!
They sent me a wrong item. I have contacted the customer service and there still not a Solution after a few days.
Order and pray it will fit you! There's no exchange, no return. I contacted then multiple times but they told me that the item I ordered went on a final sale, hence there's nothing they can do. (There was nothing mentioned about the final sale when I was buying it) Basically stuck with the box of useless clothes and lost my money for no reason.
I do not recommend purchasing from them. They have the worst customer service. They are rude and do not care about their customers. It took more than one month for my package to be delivered. I called them for the refund, they refused to do it. The quality of their clothing and shoes are not good. I bought a pair of JIMMY CHOO shoes and it looks fake.
Bought a garment 27/11 and it has left Italy but still in transit to Hong Kong. Still no email about delivery date and postage $20. A bit steep for something that would fit in a really small post bag
In my 49 years on this planet I have never encountered an issue like this! I have shopped on line my whole life. UPS is at my house at least three times per day. My Most recent purchase, $3000 Chanel bag, no issues. I purchased a bag from the OUTNET on 12/26. I didn't like it and went to return it personally on 12/31. UPS stores apparently were closed New Years Eve. I went back 1/2. I have my receipt for drop off. I found out that they received the item back but claim they received a pair of Nike men's sneakers. I don't own Nike sneakers and I am not a fan of Nike (personally). I did not find out until almost 10 days later, after they received item that there was an issue with what they received; after I asked multiple times why I haven't been credited for item. I am lucky that I held onto My receipt. After about 6 hours of phone calls, hold times, transfers to people that frankly really have a hard time communicating in English and multiple discussions with supervisors promising follow up ZERO follow up, ZERO resolution. ZERO help! PayPal credited me back the money over a month ago and have since re-charge my account the $683.25 on Feb 8th. I uploaded all documentation, no one bothered to even look at it. I have never had this issue with American Express or any other vendor that I have purchased on-line goods from which is virtually everything in my house! Clothing, furniture, supplies, Jewlery, luxury goods etc., I asked that security cameras be viewed, I asked them to explain why was my packaged signed for on 1/3 but showed delivered on 1/5. No answer! Zero! If this could happen to me this could happen to anyone! When we purchases something on Line, box it up and return it and obtain a receipt for UPS drop off, we have done our part. The rest is totally out of my control. I am furious about the loss of $683.25 but I am 1000 x more furious about how this abominable company "THE OUTNET" has virtually not handled this in an adequate manor! YOOX, Netaporter, OUTNET, ALL of them…lost a 25 plus year customer of regular and luxury goods!

1. My payment was rejected numerous times and customer care couldn't offer an explanation.
2. My multiple emails and tracers to them are unanswered
3. Live chat agents are unhelpful and helpless, rigid and unfriendly, eg they refused to reinstate a promo code even though it's their fault the first transaction wasn't successful.
4. Like other reviewers, I will not use them again, and will gladly rate them zero or negative score.
In short, very frustrating, unproductive end unpleasant experience.
Yes, the shearling slippers I ordered from Outnet came infested with fleas. I didn't realize it right away and noticed it after wearing the slippers for 20 minutes around my house. Now my dog and the whole house are infested with fleas.
So far I spent over $200 on flea insecticide, vet visit and countless hours of vacuuming and laundry.
Customer Service couldn't care less. I called them, emailed them—went all nine yards because I was shocked and appalled. They said that out of their GOODWILL they will refund me the money for slippers before I send them back. (So they can sell it to another unfortunate person I guess).
I have never seen such audacity before.

I am writing this review as a disappointed long-time customer. Despite making over 10 orders, I recently encountered a size issue (Order No. 1907Z8CDN2301H) and requested a delivery fee refund due to the company's mistake. However, it's disheartening that I've been asked three times for photo evidence, and even my provided photos are deemed insufficient. As a loyal customer, I expected better support and a smoother resolution process.

Think twice before purchasing. Shipping information not updated correctly. Purchased slippers and updated shipping service horrible. Customer Service lacked correct info as well. Customer Service inadequate assistance and form letter responses. Customer service as they could not provide correct shipping information and length of delivery time issues request to cancel order as it was still not out to courier. Days later received notice slippers being delivered and then right after noice of cancellation. Advised cancelled and 10days for return of funds. Outrageous. No conversation and no communication. Horrible. No slippers and return of my money 10days later. My money not returned fairly and timely. Although much preferred the slippers as i am now without slippers and with out money

I bought an expensive pair of those that broke after 4 weeks, and only 8 wears. The shoe lace holes began to tear and by 8 weeks one side was just one big hole.
I send photos and an explanation to outnet who told me that it was regular wear and tear. This is totally illegal in Australia and the law extends to retailers who ship to Australia.

I bought a pair of Tod's boots at the Outnet for $691. The first day I wore them the sole detached completely from the boot while I was walking. They refused to issue a refund (or even credit). They said they would pay $34.57 for me to have the boots fixed by a third party. As if that would even be sufficient! Also it looks like there is two sided tape on the bottom of the boot?!
Beware ordering from this company you cannot return or exchange anything. I ordered an Alice and Olivia dress and the chain came broken. They were not helpful, if you order something you are stuck with it. Better off ordering from a department store.

The Outnet were supposed to refund me the money in April of 2022 and they never sent it back meaning they stole it (the amount of almost £2000), it's already almost October and it's been "your concern is sent to the right department" for half a year now. No supervisor has spoke to me or called me back (probably they did steal it). Don't buy at Outnet they are fraud. I'm reporting the company to the police for the theft.

Despite most of the reviews being negative I thought I'd chance it since they had a 70% off sale. Received my order relatively quick through DHL but the pants seam were ripped (I suspect from someone getting the zipper stuck and tried to brute force it). The dress was not damaged but had marks (some gross person wiping their nose on it I think). Based on the reviews about their nightmarish return process I think I'll avoid returning and eating the loss. Lesson learned will not order from them again.
This company is a scam. Do not order from them. All phone reps hang up on you and are incompetent. It took me an entire month to arrange a return. Matt, Justin and Iverson (phone reps) each hung up on me. The management team is even worse. DJ the "supervisor"and Carlito the "Manager" are just as bad as the telephone reps. They do not understand a thing about customer retention or customer service. Do not be fooled, although the site offers discount. You are required to pay in other ways. What a waste of time and money.

Don't believe me, read the Outnets email where they tell u it's a bait and switch below. Incredible right! A company so dense they admit to fraud in writing then have the audacity to suggest you can have 10% off ur next order. I'm filing fraud case in small claims. I now have 2 returns outstanding - value over £1000. One from February and one from March. One order has become un traceable and the other has been stuck in a local warehouse for over a week. Customer service can't help and send holding emails. I have now raised the issue with PayPal and am hoping that they can help. If you are not 100% sure that you will keep what you buy, avoid as you may not get your money back

I did an online chat w customer service at Outnet to ask if a coat I wanted to buy would be marked down soon. They said no. I ordered the coat and before I received it, Outnet marked it down 70% and sold out of it. When I asked for a price adjustment they said no. I spoke to Angie, Rachelle and Greg in Customer Service. They leave you on hold forever and disconnect you. Finally they told me to return the coat. Terrible customer service.
