I recommend this retailer, the pajama set I got was exactly as described and high quality for a good price. Shipping does take a few weeks if you live in the United States but it was still faster than other things I've ordered coming from China. It was presented well in a Chic Me branded thick zip bag and had a boutique tag attached. The pearl and heart applique are perfect and I love the grey leopard print! I would buy from this shop again!
Tradesy changed its return policy, without disclosing it to the customers, which now requires that all returns must be send back to sellers, even thou the sellers represented items correctly and followed sellers policy. Normally Tradesy would be obligated to hold returned inventory. When I reached out to Tradesy, they said that "due to a pandemic we are not taking any returns". Tradesy warehouse is operating as every return is shipped to the warehouse, inspected by Tradesy staff, and than returned to a seller. So to say that because of the pandemic we are not taking returns is ridiculous. Not taking inventory is just more profitable for Tradesy and they are capitalizing given distressed market environment. Tradesy returns on average take about 8 weeks, and chances are that you will not receive your item back (there is a huge error rate in shipping labels), and if you do get your item back most the time it will be in terrible condition Tradesy has relaxed rules for buyers in terms of returns and buyers can return items after 10+ post delivery. I am still waiting for two items to be returned to me since February. As an ex seller I would not recommend Tradesy.

I have been searching for this bag for many years. I received one as a gift in 2007 or 2008 from my Mom, and I used it into the ground through college, graduate school, traveling, and beyond. It was falling apart, unrepairable, and I had to let her go many years ago.
Enter: Jessica, my Tradesy Angel. This bag is in perfect condition! Knowing when it was in stores so long ago, and seeing this one in person now, I am so thrilled to have her in my hands again. I cannot wait to take her out and show her off. Thank you SO MUCH. It was a fabulous experience.

Having never used Tradesy before I was reluctant to give it a try but with a pandemic still looming and seeing too many crowds in stores and not enough masks on shoppers, I decided to take a safer route and order from my computer at home. Everything worked out perfectly! It was easy to place the order, the shoes came in as promised. They were well-packaged and beautiful. I am now a fan of Tradesy and look forward to doing more shopping with them in the future.

I bought a checkbook wallet that came to me not as shown or described, it crumbled in the corners when I first opened the wallet to examine it. This site made it extremely difficult to make a return, I had to explain why I was returning and then they let you know if your return met there approval.
I will never buy from Tradsey again!
Shopping was great and the bag is super nice. It was being sold as brand new so I don't know why the tag was separate plus I noted tiny dots inside and outside as if someone wore it maybe once or so. I will keep it as close to brand new but not sure if that's truly the case. If it was used it should have been posted like that and price lowered.
Within an hour of receiving a purchased item, I started the return process including sending the required pictures to the email provided by Tradesy. No return label had been received after several days, so I got in touch with customer service. They said they couldn't find the pictures I sent, so I re-sent them. They confirmed receipt of the pictures and said I would receive a return label. Today is the deadline for returning the item, and I have still not received the return label.
So far, seems they have dragged their feet claiming to have not received the pictures of an item I wanted to return, even though I sent the pictures to the email they provided. I sent the pictures again, and they confirmed getting them two days ago. I'm still in communication with customer service. I hope they will come through with their promise to send me a return label in time to return the item by the deadline, which is today.

To further clarify, we actually ask all of our buyers who are returning items to provided images regardless of the return reason. This is important because we need to establish the condition of the item prior to returning it. That way if it is damaged during shipment or if the seller claims it has additional wear we’ll know it happened in transit instead of while in your possession.
