I live in a complex and neglected to ad my unit # Contacted customer service and it was already at shipper! I ordered a product from them from a third party and had to wait 2 months to receive the product. When I finally received the product 33 days later we found out we would not need this product and needed to return. This was around the holidays (Christmas and New Year). They said they have a very strict 30 day return plan which I was out 3 days. This product was very expensive, large and will probably never be used by us. Now we are stuck with it. Very disappointed with how this was handled especially since it was only 3 days.
DO NOT USE ZORO. They advertise products they do not have. If you place an order and they no longer have access to the product, they will simply say Sorry and claim they will refund your credit card in 7-10 business days.

Ordered a specific item and piggy backed something I didn't really need but could use eventually. The item I couldn't use showed up while the item I needed didn't. Vulture capitalism as it's finest, keep the customers money and don't tell em that what they needed is on backorder but send the doodoo item out. Complete crap
Ordered taps from this website. They didn't ship after two weeks. Contacted them, they said to wait until December 26th (after the holidays) even though I ordered well in advance.
Long story short, they never shipped anything. Opened a dispute with my credit card company. Zoro.com is TERRIBLE with communication. They never told me why they never bothered shipping the item. They never told me why they're trying to sell an item they can't deliver.
I believe Zoro.com is a scam. I don't believe they intend to deliver on the items they sell. Like many of these chinese knock-off websites, they seem to just care about getting the initial purchase, not on following up and actually delivering, or offering any customer service.
Avoid this company as they're a complete waste of time.

Zoro has very poor quality assurance. They do not care about their customer satisfaction, nor are they concerned about providing a quality product. I bought a heater from them and it showed up on my front doorstep demolished twice. I tried to work with them, but they have such a poor business model that they are willing to pay $160 in shipping instead of just letting me keep the broken equipment which was cosmetic in nature and giving me a discount. No thought or regard for the customer.

I needed replacement bins for my Quantum parts storage cabinets. Zoro sold them. In their ad, they were in lots of 5 bins for $5.97/lot. I ordered two lots. I received TWO bins. I sent an email to Zoro but didn't receive a prompt reply, so I called them. That was yesterday. Their rep said that the product description was a "typographical error." They offered let me keep the two bins sent and would refund my money. I replied that I appreciate the offer, but needed the bins. Finally, Zoro agreed to send another eight bins to be in agreement with their advertised listing. The listing is shown below. Additionally, the order was sent FedEx, overnight. I just received them. Zoro sells the storage bins with cabinet for $57. The same thing -- bins with cabinet -- is available at ULINE for $34. I would have gone to ULINE if I needed the complete set, bins AND cabinet, but I didn't need the cabinet. I've ordered from Zoro before and they do ship promptly, and the merchandise is quality, so I trust them. But their prices are high. And now we get a glimpse as to why: They have to "redo" orders and expedite shipping to keep customers. Otherwise, the pricing could likely be more competitive. So here are my take-aways. Zoro is an honest company, and they stock what I need. They want to satisfy customers, but they could do better if they got things right the first time.

Ordered a blue umbrella but received a black one. Was not able to get another one before Christmas so ask to return it for a full refund. They would not refund the shipping charges even though it was there fault the shipped the wrong item. My company will no longer be doing business with ZORO!
Don't use these guys. They won't issue a replacement without receiving the order back if you have an issue with a product. Save your time and money and use Amazon
We are a non-profit organization, Zoro will not amend our sales tax exemption. Poor customer service on the sales tax end, which is a shame because their products and regular customer service was wonderful.
I simply asked how much of a cut out an RV vent would need when installing. They had no answer and suggested I contact the manufacturer even though they don't even indicate who the manufacturer is.

IF you buy anything from the site, you have trouble to return. Zoro got order from us and they ordered then from a 3rd party. Te 3rd part sent to us directly per Zoro direction. Now Zoro does not want to take return. Do not under stand the business and services which do not take returns.

What a deceitful company they have become, prices are often higher than many other places now, blatant false advertising, I bought a drill bit a littkle while ago, clearly pictured as 10x drill bits, with a plastic case showing 10x as well, they send you ONE, then say it's in their terms and conditions that all images are only representative of the product, so why show 10 if you send ONE, why show a caase sayiung 10x if you send ONE, when you complain they expect you to pay for a recoreded serive to send their blatant misleading advertising back to them, so therefore you'll be out of pocket for their misleading advertising, take the Sharpies they sell, says 10 x on the box you get 10, so where is the diffrerence, don't but 10 from them, they are much cheaper elsewhere, the drill but wasn't the best quality or brand either, you can get a lot better brands at half the price they swindle you out of. Well I'm not paying a penny to send your crap back, I'll never buy a thing from you again ever, your a bunch of wasters, so have some more free advetising on me
I have placed several orders with zoro. The orders arrive fast and have always been accurate. This is a great company and a positive review needs to done. If they were bad a bad review would be done. There are not enough positive reviews when a company is good. The company is quick to respond to emails, and they have amazing customer service reps on the phones. Packages are packed with care. Zoro has earned my business forever. Highly recommended!

I ordered air register vents that were hard to find locally. Perfect fit. Measure twice order once.
I purchased some shelf brackets from Zoro that are sold 10 to a box, and purchased a quantity of 3, for a total of 30 shelf brackets, and 1 box of screws. The website clearly showed the brackets and screws were in stock, and would be shipped in 2 business days. Zoro does not send you any type of email after you place your order. Zoro will include a packing slip with your order that shows exactly how much they charged you. I received an email from Zoro a week later that showed the screws had been cancelled, and the shelf brackets were on backorder. I received a second email a couple days later letting me know the shelf brackets were still on backorder. The next morning, UPS rang my doorbell and left a box next to the door. I opened the box, and found 3 shelf brackets! I immediately called Zoro and told them I ordered some shelf brackets that are sold 10 to a box, and purchased 3 boxes for a total of 30, and only received 3. Zoro said they had no records of any shelf brackets being shipped, and said my credit card had not been charged. They asked for the tracking number off the box. Zoro refused to ship the rest of the shelf brackets purchased! Zoro said they will send me a return shipping label tomorrow, and have Fedex pick up the box. I received a text message a couple hours later showing Zoro just charged my account for all 30 shelf brackets! I received an email from Zoro the next day with the return shipping label, and instructed me to drop the box off at a Fedex facility, and said they would issue a refund within 7-10 business days once they receive the package. Zoro screwed up the order, then expects me to drive 1 hour round trip to drop the box off at a Fedex facility, after telling me they would have it picked up! I submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General. I drove to the Fedex shipping store and dropped off the box containing the 3 shelf brackets, and will be billing Zoro for my time, fuel, and mileage! If Zoro doesn't reimburse me, then I'll take them to small claims court where they will also reimburse me for the filing fee! I will NEVER order from Zoro again, and highly recommend you NEVER order from these CROOKS either! Look at their feedback!

Zoro may or may not have the items in stock. Zoro may or may not ship you order in the time frame advertised on their website. Zoro does not send you a email once you place your order, so you actually have absolutely no idea if they even received your order. Zoro will not do what they say they will do!

FedEx delivery 2 boxes of furnace filters, one box was damaged. FedEx told me to make a claim, but it was impossible for me spend the time to do it so I figured I would just take the loss. Sent a email to Zoro and they responded with we will send a new box free of charge. In this day and age you can't ask for better customer service. I will be doing business with them again.
I tried to place an order and kept getting ERROR messages, so I tried 2 more times to place the order. I got a total of 3 ERROR messages and then my paypal account was charged 3 times! STAY AWAY from this seller!

Bought 12 Vestil Pallet Rack Dollies - all 12 shipped with no casters after being on backorder for 6 weeks. It has been 11 days and Zoro has not responded to my request to send the casters.

I ordered a heavy duty bag strap which should thick clasps, and all metal hardware. I got the strap with completely different shaped and thin plastic hardware. I called customer service to make the return, and they told me they only use stock images and work as a Distributor. Ok, so why isn't someone double checking for updates on inventory? I just had my time wasted buying something I guess they don't have anymore.
I ordered what was supposed to be a plastic grille,and lens for a Broan bath/ light combination.The price seemed reasonable.
When it arrived, I attempted to install it.I couldn't get the lens to fit the grille for anything- It was simply THE WRONG PART.
It had no Broan nameplate as the old one did.I even tried the old lens.It was smaller and didn't fit either.
I contacted Zoro, told them of the issue.They apologized and said they would give me a credit on the charges.When the credit card statement came,I saw where they screwed me out of $5.38- Not a huge amt.I recontacted them, and they stated they were charging me for shipping! I said they can't do that when they sold me inferior aftermarket parts which clearly don't work!

I ordered a backflow valve on line with there 20% coupon. All went well and order was accepted. I used my PayPal account to pay. Two hours later I received an email with an updated invoice alnong with an updated email from Paypal with a price change. Upon calling Zoro they told me they could not honor the 20%. No phone call or any communication of any kind, just a "here you go, up your butt" price change! Never again.

My supervisor says I need to look into this" Every delay is 4-6 days with really really dumb answers including fake tracking number. Getting my money back from my cc bank. Zero stars for zoro.
